Do wonder if they will go into the truth of rena, her real name being Marie aka mother of ultra in the next season. That’s a major reveal in manga (note: only know from current English manga release) and fully explains why she is important since in Ultraman lore mother of ultra is the one to create new ultra beings. Manga shows her parents were killed by assassins since they are trying to wipe out the royal family, the ones that can use that power to prevent new ultras. That’s why after Ultraman arrived on earth ultras old fans know like zoffy, taro, ace and such never existed either killed off or never created so in this reality their names became power suits for those that world their similar powers.
