this video is a genuine reflection of life. No fancy edits, just life as it is. It's like a breath of fresh air in a world of fake perfection. Keep doing your thing, Joel!

Serbian is easy to learn and I can humbly say that it is the best and most expressive of all the Slavic languages.( I would include with Serbian the other South Slavic languages).

This is a real eye-opener for me about Belgrade, I have visited Serbia a couple of times over the years, but I have not discovered the areas you showcased, kudos to you and your buddy. I am going to visit all those areas on my next visit to Serbia.

When you talked about community, Serbs know everyone right up to which klan they come from. There is no such thing as privacy. :) I love their layout of residential apartment buildings. Never boring. They believe in nature, trees, grass and wide sidewalks with benches and parking and parks.

"Is that a stadium?!" That's what yoy asked your companion 😂 It is Yu Biznis Centar, Block 12, colloquially known as Crvenkapa, which means the Little Red Riding Hood 😄 And it is located in Bulevar Mihajla Pupina. You actually turned to the left after Block 30, from the Boulevard of Arts, passing Mercator Center, to Zorana Djindjica Street... But, had you turned to the right, to Block 11 and Tresnjinog cveta Street (the Cherry Blossom Street), you would've seen the brand new, biggest in Europe and definitely most significant in the entire Europe, most techno futuristically equipped - Chinese Cultural Center! The statue of Chinese philosopher Confucius stands in front of it. The facade of the building is magnificent. The architectural style and ornamental design resembles a Chinese landscape based on traditional Chinese artform from the 12th century! And, one must emphasize, that location is very important. In the early morning of May 8, in 1999, the Chinese Embassy (then, at that location) was bombed by NATO aircrafts. Three Chinese journalists were killed immediately, and twenty more Chinese citizens and diplomats were wounded. So, it is a commemorative location, too. That is why the Chinese Cultural Center was built there.

Yes Biljana, that is correct. You are right! Belgrade is, actually, extremely big, and what's more important, it's rapidly getting bigger and bigger, in size as well, not only demographically, since new residential areas are popping up daily 😊 Belgrade consists of 17 municipalities! They are all great, tremendously charming, both historical and modern at the same time ❤ New Belgrade is the biggest borough (part of the city) in the entire Europe! The biggest borough in the world is Brooklyn. And, thank you for mentioning Paris, I love France's capital so much, I know Parisian museums, art galleries and concert halls so well as the back of my pocket 😊 It is always such a great pleasure to remember the fact that Serbia and France were the closest Allies. Serbia was always on the right side of the history! Serbs are proud and righteous nation that smashed to pieces Austro-Hungary, the Ottoman Empire and the Nazi Germany. Serbs are freedom fighters. Always fighting for a just cause. Serbia is definitely best part of European civilization. What makes me sad, though, when it comes to Paris, is that unlike Belgrade, it has over a hundred no-go zones, with criminals and terrorists. I hope in the nearest future all parts of Paris would become better and safer. PS. Les Journees Moliere 💋 has just been held in Belgrade! With Prix Goncourt authors visiting Belgrade, at Institut francais de Serbie (that is a French cultural center in Belgrade). Andrei Makine was a guest of honor.

@@boxing.-jr9up What are you talking about? There are many municiplaties larger than Novi Beograd. What is wrong with you? Why do you lie? Always this Serbian megalomania. Belgrad has little of pre WWI architecture, no more than a central European town of 30 000. Large areas of Belgrad are not urban and have narrow, horrible streets.

It is pretty safe and quite unusual for random crimes, but if there are any incidences it is because the victim and perpetrator know each other.
