I may have to hold off a week on doing the tutorial because I was diagnosed with Covid on Sunday. So we’ll see how I feel by Saturday. I’ll get those cards out and start working. Hugs🦋💖

Hi Sue, your Neice stays in my prayers. My daughter’s neighbor is going through the same. She is young early 40’s with two young sons a second and fourth grader. They go to school with my grandchildren. She has a lot of family support but I let her know she can ask me for help seeing her children off to school if needed as I take my two grandchildren to school. I love your idea of using old Christmas card fronts to design new cards. I am looking forward to seeing how you made the box. I always appreciate your time in sharing your ideas and hanging out with you. ❤️🤗

After all these years of making cards, I’ve never recycled old ones. This was the first time. I was very surprised how much I liked them and how well they turned out. I’ll be on the lookout for more cards like this in the future.🦋💖

Yes, it’s been a really tough time for her. It just breaks my heart. I hope things will be well for her from now on, but she’s going to have to be very careful and vigilant with keeping up with testing in the future.🦋💖

I’ve cut a few card to make new cards but the majority of cards I’ve been saving all my life are still waiting for the perfect project. It’ll probably never come. Lol. I should just actively look for projects for them but I’m really not motivated bro do so. 😂😂😂😂

@@craftysue519once I’m done with the old farts and get back home, I’ll see what my body and mood says. I’ve really been focusing all my energy (and lack thereof) on my health and body’s well being. My first round with my parents took so much energy out of me that I don’t think I ever really recovered from it physically or emotionally. Once upon a time I’d have been climbing the walls but now I don’t even miss crafting. Everything is pretty much sitting how I left it. Only my daughter uses my crafting area. She crochets and does her homework there.
