I have been living in HK for 10 years. No matter where you are... nothing justifies to spend 90M HKD for such a small, light depraved, flat... ( of course here small is relative it is already big for HK)
@@bh-777 The Peak is overrated. Folks have much better lifestyle to live in Central Mid-level, Stanley, Kowloon Tong. With newer flat, better renewed clubhouse.
I almost choked w/ "laughter" on this place....over paid in 2014, over spend on non existent renovation (seen better interior decor w/ starter homes in the US) and now wants a price that would likely need to be discounted by $3 mil HKD just to move it so next owner can actually drop $1.5 HKD to make it work....bet you money this is a mainlander's 2nd or 3rd residence...
Maybe just maybe stick to cantonese. This isn't something to brag about to the rest of the world. Dont get me wrong... that's an absolutely fabulous house in hong Kong standard, but also extremely underwhelming compared to other luxury condos/houses in the rest of the world. The worst part is putting "billionaire life" in the thumbnail. Millionaires in other parts of the world got better looking houses than this. That is a sad looking kitchen in a house THAT expensive... i know you guys try to reach a broader audience, but you can tell by the comments... ppl outside hong kong are not impressed that a house that expensive offers so little
90 Mil is not expensive for an apartment at The Peak. It's cheap because its 75yo. Some apartments or houses (Steven Chau owned one) worth over USD 300mil there.
Worthless out of date property. You don't own the land therefore you don't own the property. You must also consider that you live under the rules of the property management. A real example of a micro prison.
I@@worldlife9834 I am from Hong Kong and I find your comment is extremely insulting to my country Hong Kong and the people of Hong Kong. You are utterly ignorant providing you have never been to Hong Kong and never experience anything related to Hong Kong - people, culture, products, food etc. Good luck living in your prison brain.

What cool wonderful insight into architecture in Hong Kong!! Super interesting watch
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed
90m and it looks horribly decorated. They couldn’t get a designer? 😂
Outdated design
Yup not the best apartment in Hong Kong for that price. You can get something pretty amazing in HK these days with this price tag

Money cannot buy class
It's status to live in The Peak.
So jealous of that kitchenn 😍😍
The best!
Out of date and over priced.
this home is to die for 😍
Yes!
This just looks like an average everyday American apartment just a little bigger than an American apartment
At this point the owner probably can’t wait to get rid of it 😂
Only 1 parking space? What if there are 3 cars? Can buy more parking space?
Peak
Real
90 mil for that is hilarious - and 1 car parking space? haaaahahaha
I like it ❤contact you when I’m ready to buy in the peak
Thanks for watching!
My room door also has a two-panel design.
Love to see it
Great Apartment!!! Contact myself or any Habitat Agent should you be looking to buy or rent a unique home in Hong Kong.
Great home for sure! Thanks for having us!
What a hideous looking house.
The furnishings were MEH...
Layout and decorations doesn't look right

wow so bad
They may be rich but with ZERO taste! Yuuukk
What a joke price that it was $5,500,000 value in location!
This is one ugly home. I'd spend five million and that's it.
They spent 9 million hkd to renovate and they didn’t even put a niche in the shower ? Gotta Asian squat whenever you need those shampoo!!
This looks like 💩

Lol seems like you never lived in apartment before like most people in big cities
@@rh1668 Really property is land. But I guess people in Hong Kong have to accept low standards.
@@worldlife9834 that’s just your thinking, no need to insult an entire city by your subjective values

Wth, the owner is making less than HKD3m in 10 years
