The Real Reason Airbus launched the A321XLR will end Boeing! Here's Why
The Airbus A3 21 XLR is the latest narrow-body aircraft from Airbus, which is predicted to change the commercial aviation industry forever. With Boeing facing its own set of issues, the emergence of the A3 21 XLR feels like a death sentence for Boeing, further solidifying Airbus's position as a leading aircraft manufacturer. Many in the industry call it the Boeing Killer, Why? And what is the real reason Airbus launched this special aircraft? Let's find out in today's episode.
The Real Reason Airbus launched the A321XLR will end Boeing! Here's Why
The Airbus A3 21XLR, launched in 20 19, received strong acclaim. This strong reception is demonstrated by the large number of orders it received shortly after its debut. In a short period, this aircraft garnered over 500 orders from more than 25 airlines worldwide. This indicates that airlines highly value the capabilities and potential of the A3 21 XLR in expanding routes and improving operational efficiency. This enthusiastic reception not only reflects the airlines' confidence in Airbus's new product but also shows the high expectations for the positive changes that the A3 21 XLR can bring to the aviation industry. Before delving into why the plane is called the Boeing killer, let's first explore why Airbus decided to launch the A3 21 XLR when they already had the A3 21LR.
The Real Reason Airbus launched the A321XLR will end Boeing! Here's Why
As we know, before the introduction of the A3 21XLR, Airbus already had the A3 21LR. The A3 21LR is the long-range version of the A3 21neo, capable of flying up to 4,000 nautical miles. However, this was seen as a modest improvement over the standard A3 21. Perhaps Airbus felt that this wasn't a significant enough advancement compared to its competitor, the Boeing 7 5 7, and they needed something a bit more substantial. Not only Airbus, the airlines aim to narrow the gap in transport capabilities between single-aisle and wide-body aircraft without sacrificing too much in terms of operational range.
It’s really annoying how often the robot says “A321XLR”
Yes, I was just thinking the same. Since we are not stupid, and we understand that it's the ONLY subject of this video, they could use "the plane" or "the Airbus" instead.
As a passenger I choose to have a little less comfort if I'm able to fly without stops on route. Looking forward to try out A321XLR.
same here
If I hear A321XLR one more time, I‘m going to puke.
thanks for your feedback ✈✈✈
The A321XLR really shows Airbuss strategic foresight. They saw a gap in the market and filled it perfectly, leaving Boeing to play catch-up.
Airbus made a good move, right?
The A321XLRs ability to open up new routes without stopovers is a huge win for airlines and passengers alike. Airbus really nailed it with this one.
let's go Airbus ✈️✈️✈️
@@GregoryRagsdill I feel sorry for passengers on an 11 hour flight, and for the crew-where do they rest on an A321.
Its interesting to see how the A321XLR is reshaping the market. Airbuss proactive approach contrasts sharply with Boeings recent struggles, highlighting the importance of strategic planning in aviation.
cant wait to see the new airbus airplane ✈️✈️✈️
Boeings focus on the 737 Max over a potential 757 replacement seems like a major miscalculation now, especially with the success of the A321XLR.
thanks for sharing your thoughts
who wrote this script? this is terrible to listen to. Almost seems like a combination of chat GPT and AI Voice sampling. This video could have been at least half the time.
DOES this illustrate the problem with "piece rates":
Was the person who wrote the script paid by the number of times the plane's model number was mentioned?
If not, could have fooled me.
The A321XLR offers such versatility for airlines. Its range and efficiency make it a viable alternative to wide-body aircraft for long-haul routes.
yep bet that everyone loves it
Its fascinating how Airbus seized the moment with the A321XLR. Boeings missteps, particularly with the 737 Max, opened the door for Airbus to dominate this segment.
yep you get the point
« Opened the door ». It’s rather an non-controlled opening
I suspect your narrator is AI generated. You should get a human to read your scripts who can deal with unwieldy aircraft names and put syllable stresses in the proper place.
I agree, it is either AI generated or the editing is bad and the narrator is clueless. I couldn't watch beyond the first 2 minutes. Enough of this AI nonsense!
Thanks for your feedback ✈️✈️✈️
How many times can you say the bloody 321xlr ………. Get a person not a robot ….
That’s what I saying dude 😂
Dave Calhoun is a genius! He gutted the company, took a large portion of the money that should have been put towards designing a new aircraft, and pocketed it. As well as distributed it amongest some of his executive friends. Astronauts stranded on the space station amongesr the other horrid issues because the team was forced to scrap together pennies to use towards building the capsule while this guy not only will be staying on the board, but also gave himself a 45% raise from the previous year! In addition, he is very much involved in picking the next ceo, despite what they say. AFTER ALL, THE BOARD IS PICKING THE NEXT CEO AND THIS GUY IS STILL ON IT! MISSION ACCOMPLIZHED DAVE! REPRESENTS EVERYTHING WRONG WITH AMERICA, THAT THIS FATCAT EMPTY SUIT COULD BE REWARDED FOR FURTHER GUTTING A ONCE SPECTACULAR COMPANY.
Murican greed at its finest
The A321XLR is a game-changer for Airbus. Its impressive range and efficiency definitely give it an edge over Boeings offerings, especially with the issues Boeing has faced recently.
yeah thanks for your comment✈️
Airbus launching the A321XLR was a masterstroke. Its long range and fuel efficiency make it a highly attractive option for airlines looking to expand their routes.
yep Airbus really nailed it with this one
Airlines now have a choice as a replacement for the 757.
Rightly, many people bemoan the cancelation of the excellent B757. Well here is it's replacement. Except this is much better in all respects.
yeah thanks for comment
you say 20% fuel saving compared to the previous version! But what was the previous version of the XLR?
Its fascinating how the A321XLR can open up new routes that werent economically feasible before. Airbus is really setting the bar high.
YEP THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT
Boeing killed itself by pursuing the 737 and abandoning the 757 and 767 liners.
thanks for sharing your thoughts
It takes so long to develop a new aircraft today that Boeing won't have anything to compete with the A321XLR for at least the next 10 years, so well done Airbus.
thanks for your comment
✈️✈️✈️
Airbus launching the A321XLR is a masterstroke. The long range and efficiency of this aircraft could indeed spell trouble for Boeing, especially considering their recent struggles.
Such a lot of needless repetition in this video. If anything, it makes it more confusing.
thanks for your feedback
Airbus saw an opportunity and seized it with the A321XLR. Its no surprise they have so many orders already - airlines need exactly this kind of versatility.
that's big step huh?
In my opinion the price of the travel is most important. Routes without stopovers are an advantage for the price and the comfort.
that's right, price is a very important factor
Boeing tried to outsource pieces of aircraft to save money but lost control on quality.
I hope youtube will do something to un-highlight these AI-generated videos.
Just one question. If the 321XLR can stay up in the air up to 11 hours, where is the restarea for the flightcrew?
Airbus has clearly listened to what airlines need and delivered with the A321XLR. This level of range in a narrow-body is a game-changer.
yeah cant wait to see new aircraft
The A321XLR might just be the aircraft that cements Airbuss dominance in the narrow-body market. Its a bold move that could pay off hugely.
thanks for comment
I love the a320 family😊
so do I
A video without meat. Save your time people
✈✈✈
The A321XLR is a testament to Airbuss innovation. Boeings lack of a comparable model could really hurt them in the long run.
thanks fỏ your feedback
The Boeing 757 was a great plane, but Airbus is pushing the boundaries with the A321XLR. Its impressive to see how theyre leading the market.
thanks for sharing your thoughts
The 321 is "compared to its competitor the Boeing 757"(1:41)? Dude, the 757 ceased production twenty years ago - there are very few still flying! The big issue for Boeing is that it now has nothing at all that can compete with the 321LR and XLR (yes, big long range narrowbody WAS the niche the 757 once filled), because it decided to just try and stretch the 737 rather than build a 757 successor.
thanks for your feedback
it seems it’s also a text to speech killer
... And a work-killer for the owner of the channel, as his robot is reading an AI-generated text.
The A321XLR truly seems like a game-changer. Airbus has outdone themselves with this one, addressing a clear gap in the market. Boeing has some catching up to do!
A321XLR big new factor
Question unanswered ! Absolutely useless !
✈✈✈
Boeings challenges with the 737 Max and their slow response to market needs are glaring. Airbus has capitalized on this brilliantly with the A321XLR.
A321XLR ✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️
The AI narrator is not doing the subject justice. Even I could present this subject more succinctly, accurately and without the ridiculous aircraft numerical descriptions. The A321XLR has reduced seat/mile costs compared with widebody types which allows it to compete economically with wide body’s of all types. Boeing hesitated with their equivalent the NMA and Airbus stepped in with the A321XLR, simple.
I am sure that this is an interesting contribution but is annoying to hear A321 XLR every second sentence. We all know what is about. I stopped watching at 2.35 because I am to much annoyed by the speaker
Agree.
It's not a speaker, it's a computer.
@@1947dave I don't fucking know and I don't fucking care. Is just fucking annoying
thanks for your feedback, guys
Airbuss A321XLR launch couldnt have come at a worse time for Boeing. With the 737 Max debacle, Airbus has capitalized brilliantly with this new aircraft.
that's right! ✈️✈️✈️
Has someone count A321XLR .... :)
I can see why the A321XLR is being called the Boeing Killer. Its a perfect example of how innovation and timing can shift the balance in the aviation industry.
thanks for your feedback!
Boeing bet on 737 rather than 757 and busted. As simple as that.
Stupid shareholders.
Airlines only need Boeing to keep prices low at AIRBUS. I saw it in another trustworthy YT video. All my OPINION😉
Thanks for your sharing ✈️✈️✈️
I fly a lot and I will not fly on anything above a 737-800 or a 787. I use to love Boeing but I can’t trust them anymore.
thanks for sharing
Thumbs down for boring script, generic video and AI generated voiceover.
thanks for your feedback ✈
✈️
✈✈✈
Boeing has a lot of work to do if they want to compete with the A321XLR. Airbuss forward-thinking approach is evident, and it’s paying off.
agree!
The A321 will not end Boeing.
The continuing 787 and 737 MAX quality control, the Starship quality control, the MAX 7, MAX 10, and 777-9 certification issues, and the total loss of any management acceptance of the problems, or guidance, has already done it. Boeing is finished.
Good!
thanks for sharing your thoughts
Think Boing will end Boing
they dug their own holes :(
Future Shock is here !!
✈️✈️✈️
A321 what?
Sorry all but things are simple. They did it because it sells and it will do it very well
✈️
TALK ABOUT DOUBLE TALK!
Let's get some things straight first as so much utter nonsense is spouted.
Currently, there are no engines in production or in active development capable of powering anything much heavier than the A321. As such a resurected 757, or as some keep suggesting, one with minor modifications is not possible at the moment.
Even the 797 cannot progress to market until there are suitable engines.
The standard Airbus seats are wider than those on the Boeing (even the twin aisles), the cabin is over 6 inches wider than the Boeing single aisle aircraft. Everything else such as seat comfort, legroom and even the size and number of WCs is dependent upon how the Airline specifies the interior.
Take for example JET2 in the UK, the seats on their recently commissioned A321s were so badly received by the passengers that more comfortable ones are being retro-fitted.
thanks for your feedback
what is the name of the airbus ....lol 😂 if you use a AI voice just read your script first to many robotic "the AIRBUS A321 XLR" great video but the voice over just terrible unless you do a drinking game
Sorry if the voice is annoying for you, we will improve it soon
The 737 is a 1960s design. Still cables and pulleys, everything newer is fly by wire. C'mon, Boeing! I fly Airbus.
Goodbye Boeing
Fly Imelda Marcos Airways 737 Death Max Jets.
Only in Airbus we trust😍🥰❤️
yep thanks for your feedback
Unwatchable AI Bullshit

Cant beat the french on aeronautic matters , never did ,never will.

BORING SCRIPT!
✈✈✈
Just another 'change forever' - video. When will this nonsense come to an end?
✈✈✈
I prefer to travel on the A320 and A321. I hate Boeing 737.
Airbus planes are in general more comfortable for passengers.
I Love A380.
I do like u
Airbus has more aircraft in service than Boeing. It also has better manufacturing, reliability, support and training. Get used to it.
yep I also fly on Airbus tbh
