Its 2023! Can’t we make it to where we don’t have double ears or tillers? I want one solid ear 37 SPA without a second ear. Should we look at “tillers as a fertilizer abundance?
Hybrid Tiller Trait - Perfect Timely Rains- Adequate Fertilizer for Plant Pop ...remove any one of these and you won't get the tillers. A good sign of a well fed crop...or a sign that you could have bumped up your seed pop in spring...but you'll need a time machine to go back.
