Saw this show live. Had never heard of 'Love and Rockets' before then and was like "WTF are these old guys doing on stage?!?"... then they proceeded to absolutely KILL IT! Probably the best show of the weekend! I hadn't heard anything of them before and have heard little of them since, but DAMN those guys rocked this show!
Gen X 'r here...Love & Rockets were pretty big in late 80s but you might know the band Bauhaus (Bela Lugosi is Dead) - godfathers of Goth... Before Love & Rockets, these 3 plus singer Peter Murphy were Bauhaus.
Just need some effect loops on the vocals . This would change everything . Maybe the front of the house had an effects loop and this is back of the house mix?
