I tried this recipe and i thought it was more like cotton candy than bread. it's extremely soft & mild, like an even softer version of angelfood cake. it's perfect for picky kids & texture adverse people. also cloud bread says trans rights! and the other one's 2/3rds aro. neat.
@@FatimaFatima-lh3vn i used cold eggs for this but you dont have to, its easier to separate from yolks if warm warm or cold, the egg whites will get to a merengue consistency! it just changes how long it takes btw, i recommend adding a tbs of vanilla, an a bit more cornstarch than listed. it tastes VERY eggy and is sensitive to humidity

It's kinda like an Angel Food Cake, except it uses corn starch instead of flour, and yeah, there's no flavoring extracts.... I guess it's p much just for its looks.
It actually tastes pretty good by itself , and for the people who say it tastes like eggs yeah that can happen but that’s because its not cooked all the way, the bread i made was sweet and fluffy so not bad
This looks like brazo de mercedes!!! you can make all the egg yolks into a custard and add them inside the "cloud bread"! It looks more like a roll cake than a bread though
@@HighLordBlazeReborn nop, bread is made by flour (any kind) salt and water, no eggs when you put it eggs or butter is called other type of bread, normally the sweet ones have it. You might say but bread, yes but no. Anyway eggs, sugar and any kind of flour is cake, for bread you would need let fermentation happen.
