Christmas is actually 12 days. Christmas day is only the first. Not many folks celebrate it as a 12 day event. But the last day of Christmas is celebrated as Three Kings Day. When the Magi arrived at the manger where Jesus was born.
People love top 10s. Entire TH-cam channels have been created based on Top 10s. They get a lot of viewer interaction, because everyone has an opinion they can't keep to themselves.
Scrooge uses the Trumpet to extinguish the ghost of Christmas past when hes had enough of their torture, I believe its only ever been done in the Patrick Stewart adaptation.
At first, I had no interest, but now I plan to pick this figure and the Jacob Marley. I'm going to display them with the Mondo Real Ghostbusters I'm going to get.
Mensch-norah, a guy with nine heads. It's technically a build a figure if you get nine Maccabees, who are a Jewish Buzz-off. Each Maccabee has a yarmulke inspired by Buzz-Off's hat. Maybe to make it easier, each Maccabee has three heads and a combining candle weapon that turns into a menorah that can hold nine heads on his neck. So buying three Maccabees gets you a full set!
There is a line about the Ghost of Christmas Past going in and out of Scrooge's vision, and having an old face and a young face, and two legs, then twenty legs... I think it's image in Dickens' mind was VERY spectral, and there probably isn't an easy way to depict it. I think the four arms is their nod to the book
I love A Christmas Carol, and was very excited for them to continue the story in figure form. I agree, Jacob Marley was a grand slam. But The Ghost of Christmas Past is like a pop fly into the corner that gets you to second base. Not bad, but not a home run either.
Interesting you mention her looking short. I feel like many of the 4horsemen figures (Mythic Legions etc.) have odd proportions, where they look kind of short or squat, like their legs are a bit too short for their bodies. Which is shame, because I love them otherwise.
Cant just be me, that figure has the same issue as the bbts mythic legions dragon dude. The legs are WAY too short for the concept to me. Makes it look funny over just being cool. The crown also leads to a taller figure as well. Edit: looking at it more i think its because the second set of arms sit so low. If they sat higher it might look right
Hatter, some of these surprises for the Figura Obscura do little to sway me on making a purchase. The Four Horsemen do fantastic work. I just cannot afford everything I like. I do not have have space for everything I would like. No shade its just life I have to be selective. I will admit if the horror head was revealed I probably would of pulled the trigger on this figure. That being said I have other interests. Some of them are new IPs and some of them appeal to my nostalgia node. It is the most accessible(in general) creative time to like action figures as an adult collector. They have a dragon coming and a pre-order wave still in solicitation. The retail exclusives are still available in some quantities. I will be interested in those releases( I bought a couple of these). I am still interested in the original Jacob Marley. The Krampus is still my favorite Christmas related Figura Obscura. The nader of holiday joy has been realized. Let this be sign we have more in common as a community and people then some realize. Do not hate relate.🎄🕊️🕎✌️

@@Flassh81 oooooooh now I know, thanks!
Happy holidays !! The figure looks cool, could’ve been better but still cool. What Leo figure is that ?
I think that’s the second Mezco 4 pack. The one that was more cartoon based. Same bucks. Different paint.
Dreid El-Dor, has a spinning dreidel in its chest

The face looks like Jennifer Lopez to me
Hope your dreidel spinning goes well the next eight days
Were you not alive in 2005? Christmas and the first day of Hanukkah both fell on December 25th during that year.

Goro’s mom?
I like the mystery item head and will prob use it for mine over the others but, I would have ordered 2 had I known that's what it was.
I don't remember the ghost of Christmas past having four arms. Maybe in the book she did. In every movie adaptation I've seen there's only two arms.

I love that secret head, I might've ordered had I realized that was coming.

This was an immediate pass for me.
