    Why did you disconnect the internal rectifier diodes from the alternator. They are good for much more than the 35 Amps and have better heatsinking than what you are providing.

    This is exactly what I need to do. The only part I don't get is the laptop charger? Is it actually plugged into the wall? It is used as the exciter, but is there another way to do it? I understood everything you said except that part.

    Hello brother, thank you for this video ... In fact, I live in an area where there is no electricity .. I am trying to make a fan to generate electricity from the wind ... But the obstacle in front of me is the dynamo, I do not know which dynamo to use. But the dynamo of the car needs a high rotation speed, and this cannot be provided in the wind ... Is there a way to make a car dynamo give electricity by simply turning it, even slowly? Hope you can help me

      Look into gear boxes for wind turbines. A fan won't cut it, as you've found out. You need a big turbine.
      If I had no electricity and scarce resources, I'd likely look at a bicycle generator to start with. You can find plenty of tutorials on TH-cam. Not the final solution, but would give you electricity and exercise, while you learn a better way. Good luck!

    Is it posibel to alter alternators start charging rpm with supresors and condensors? because I have a problem by useing plazma ignition my start rpm charge from 1k is altered to 2 up 2500 rpm. So I asume the capacitors value has somthing to do with it aperantly.
    Not only that all of my wire harnest got increase in voltage up to 15v baterry shows thats all fine and usefull for a cold conditions and ignition coil nothing realy sufers exept that alternator is anoing is there a mathematical resuche ore somthing like that? so I can force my alternator to always charge even to small rpm like 300rpm? Culd posibly a external voltage regulator handel that job?

    so, what gage are the original alternator winding wires from the 3 fields and how hot did they get producing the extra amps? exactly when (time limit) do you think they will burn at the higher amps?

    You say that you get my more from the alternator than you could from solar. Firstly, solar only requires the sun and no external forces. Secondly, the alternator needs a high torque turning force which due to friction you cannot get more energy out than you put in.
    Show us the watts you draw to produce the watts you get out. This is only good for a petrol engine generator, not for a wind or water turbine that would give the same free output that solar does. This is why it is wrong for you to compare an engine alternator to solar.
    Once you produce free output then I will be excited because this project is a dud.
    By the way, make sure that you add in the power drawn by the laptop charger when calculating the power in power out ratios.

      Nope ! I just said that you could get even more output using 24v to 12v solar buck converter
