I have a 28i and think it’s a brilliant car . Mine is sapphire black with full red leather interior. Really good design and practical for a convertible, massive performance and good full economy, cheap road tax and insurance and best of all there are very few about I used to have a Merc SLK 3.20 before ant there are loads but a good car. I am surprised that your car does not have a 28SI on the front wings.
@@cheekysod2 depends on your requirements. i had 6 bmw z4 and used them also as a daily driver. for commuting to work its absolutely fine, also grocerie shopping is doable, and vacation with another person also ok.
@Krezo200 looking for a daily that I can also have fun with. Needs to be able to handle long motorway journeys occasionally. Relatively efficient in fuel
Hello everyone. I'm comparing an Abarth 124 Spider to the Z4 sDrive28i....can anyone please advise if, with the roof support down, a duffle-style bag is able to be placed on either side of it in the boot? That would add some handy space to the boot...

I got a Red 2.0 remapped it to 270bhp as it's the same engine as the 2.8, the 2ltr units are look down upon by the BMW community favouring the 2.5 six cyclinder (which is less powerful than mine or the 2.8) but it still sounds and pulls great.
