The sprouting is very good . But here we need to waste atleast 2plastic bottles in a week . At i am not sure how much it is healthy to take sprouts that were kept in plastic bottle more than 2 3days . And one more thing with this seed is we need to wash these seeds daily atleast once or else it smells a lot by fourth or 5th day.
You need 2 plastic bottles only, you can reuse the bottles after one use by taping the cut. I'm also not sure how healthy it is.l, but it's a method of sprouting beans. Because of smell issue we washed this number of times.
