This run has come a long way since the first single-segment completion in 5 hours and 49 minutes. Thank you to Sawr for coding the All Achievements tracker; meowmixmix/Grooomp for coming up with the idea to start the run with co-op/no gold/speedlunky; saturnin for hosting the category on MossRanking; and Mazerak, meowmixmix, and Kirby703 for pushing me to lower the world record. Also worth mentioning: this category would not be possible without the knowledge we gained racing All Characters (proposed by Konato_K), especially the relationship between playthroughs and coffin spawn rates confirmed by Sashavol.

A few highlights:
30:00 Giant Bee kill / Royal Jelly.
34:42 Worm and Shotgun delivery.
1:22:58 Key delivery. I had done the calculations mid-run on my cell phone and knew I needed a killer run to keep the possibility of a world record alive. Nailed a 3:12 (in-game time) key delivery.
1:50:08 The Ninja. The key segment wouldn't have meant anything if I didn't also pull off a fast, first-try temple run to unlock the Ninja character above Olmec. I completed the three stages in 39 seconds, but was tight on resources and had to pull off a tricky bomb cook with very few resources to spare (1:51:27).
