What do you mean by “orange meat”? I’ve never seen a yabbie that doesn’t have an orange tinge on the outer shell side. Even the few dozen I got at Borumba yesterday were like that. Have I been eating toxic meat my whole life?
Mainly the yellow color you have to watch, does your orange meat change to white colour when you cook it will be ok Brad.
@@FishingwithSteveD ok. What I’m referring to is what looks like the shell pattern imprinted on the meat which is a light orangey kind of colour, the meat itself being nice and clean looking. I think what you mean is that dirty orange/brown unappealing looking meat, which I get what you’re saying now. Thanks mate, appreciate that.
