- I wasn't sure I'd ever get to play it, but here we are. This is a quick overview of the game and my initial impressions from playing for a week during the Season 1 alpha last month.
Pantheon Rise of the Fallen is an MMO that's heavily inspired by EverQuest in many aspects of its game design.

No joke had people tell me I'm an idiot and this game is in Alpha and due to be released in a few months. That was 5 years ago...

I wish theyd fix their website.. what a clunky mess. I can create a "game" account because it keeps telling me every username i chose has been taken.. no matter how obscure i make it.. then i went to log into the forums to ask for help and it keeps telling me my pw is wrong even tho i know its not.. so i reset it and it still tells me that. Very frustrating.. especially how it tells you user name is taken then deletes all the fields youve filled so you have to do it all again.

pixel art from the 90's? isnt it the 80's that is famous for pixel art?
Depends on your taste in games, Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Mortal Combat. Zelda was 80s and 90s but the art became loved in the 90s.
Even Vanguard SOH from 2007 looks better then this game. Would seem better to just revamp and patch the original Vanguard SOH as modern hardware can run it so much better.

Looks nothing like the original premise and even Vaanguard SOH from 2007 looks and most likely plays better.
This game looks like it's running on an iPhone 6s. $200 well spent in 2015... NOT.
