    Thank you coach, this was one of the best ab routines I have ever done, and I have done many. This is a “keeper” for those days when you want an effective and well balanced routine. Good background music too. Love it, and glad to be a part of the “don’t stop-nation”.💪👍

    Whew! Some of the advanced shapes are hard for me due to flexibility, but that will come in time with my yoga practice. Thank you the workout was intense!

    I think I have pretty strong abs, but this workout has some nice tweaks, so it was really helpful for me! But I guess diet is like 70% of success when it comes to visible abs. One needs like 12% body fat and less to get them popping 😁

    25 minutes of abs. Damn lol. I’m kinda outta shape or should I say my recovery is crap. So how many times a week should I do this or shouldn’t I? 😂

      Try to be gradual in your exercise, the last thing you want is to excessively weir the joints and tendons of your body take it slowly and increase the intensity week by week first try climbing the stairs, walking a bit more, do some cycling if you can bring your weight down, and don’t forget that diet is the most important thing.
