God is so good. Just before watching this video I was thinking if I could go back to 1981 when I graduated from high school. One day Mr. Billy Graham was on TV preaching the world of God. I remember looking for a moment and listening and said "these Christians always preaching and preaching " I turned off the TV. If could go back to that date I would say myself...listen to this man he will tell you about a loving, kind , forgiving Savior and you will have a better life. I didn't accept Christ as my personal savior until my 30s I am now going to be 59. I thank God for not giving up on me and putting godly Christian women where I worked. For my 30th birthday one of those godly women gave me a King James Bible and of course I couldn't understand it. First because I didn't have the Holy Spirit in me and second because it was the old King James Bible. But that was the beginning of me wanting to know more about Christ. We all sin and fall short of the Glory of God. But praise God almighty that He doesn't give up on us.

Now in my mid twenties still hear about nature from my parents and some other people, but now after of doing some research through history (which is part of the reason why they are trying to erase it) inerways I definitely been realizing now through history it's "God is what's our creator", "God's the loving spirit" may not always seem like it when it's due to certain types of weather but ta ..lol reality God still loves it's children to live on it's earth it created millions of years age that even dinosaurs once lived on. Love what he said about the current American “church”. It’s really not about the building you sit in for a couple hours a week. It’s about living it, with your family, neighbors, coworkers, strangers… not handing over our children to church, Christian schools, etc for them to learn there and leave it there. It starts in the home, parents are the best teachers.

Just want to say. Great conversation between two guys , I believe, truly love the Lord. You hear people saying how the duck boys were fakes and phonies. Not true. I personally know a man who was baptized by Phil as a young man. Grew up in west Monroe , went to the OCS. He’s shared so many stories on this family with me. He’s eaten from their table so many times as a young man.
Although Phils testimony is powerful, the man he baptized has an even more power testimony. And to brag on my savior and not myself. I too , have a powerful testimony.
Mr. Cameron , I’ve never written a book (yet) or have a PHD or Doctorate. Mr. Robinsons platform is greater than my own. And I love doing the small things for my Savior. I will do the small things till HE comes back. Mr. Cameron , if you ever want to get the testimony of a blue collar Christian. A blue collar testimony I guess we could name it. I invite you to the volunteer state. Luke 9:62

As a Christian, my heart is heavy regarding several issues around showing Jesus thru how we live. First, we can’t do it. We are mortal humans. We fall short, but with the Holy Spirits help, we can be renewed each day. But what about Christians and suicide, Christians and divorce, Christians and abortion, and the list goes on.

Most worldly people do not want anything to do with the Kingdom of God because too many Christians live their lives exactly like unbelievers and the unrighteous. It's pretty hard to tell who is who these days 🙄
We should be actually applying God's Word (specifically in Romans) and the ways of Jesus to our everyday lives and not just reading the Word (Bible).
When led by the Holy Spirit we possess, or begin to possess, the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control) but too many Christians are still being led by their flesh, which is also partly the blame for most of the concerns grieving you.

I love and respect the Robertsons but man are they wayyyyyyyyyyy off on that as you know and have helped teach in The Way of The Master series. The Chosen also is leading the way along with The Robertsons down the dangerous road of universalism that teaches that many religions lead to God. Christ alone is the way the truth and the life. All false religions despite their loving and respectable members lead to a false God. If they have their own Bible in addition to the Holy Bible that is a clue that you are dealing with a false religion.

What about Phil saying that "Catholics are on the same side"? Implying they are our brothers in Christ. Catholics are not saved, because they rely on works in-part to be saved. A saved person's works dont save them, but are the evidence that salvation has taken place. Neither are those saved who rely on physical water to finalize their salvation (1 Peter 3:21).

Here is my question for you...
Where do the doctrines about the blood of Christ cleansing us from all sin come from? It wasn't Jesus. Jesus never once said, "Once My blood is shed, THAT will be "the thing" that will cleanse you from your sin", did He?
He talked about our personal behavior towards God and one another, never once mentioning His blood being shed as the solution to sin for anyone.

They talk about repentance all the time in other videos. Have you ever hear Kirk share the Gospel? He says repent and trust Christ every time I can remember. Don't sow division in the church. Just because every person doesn't express things the exact way you would in every circumstance, doesn't mean they are a false teacher. The jailer asks Paul and Silas what he must do to be saved, and Paul and Silas respond, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ..." What? They didn't say repent?!?! False teachers! Of course, they went on to further explain things to the jailer, just like these men in this video would do, given the chance. I'm all for defending the faith, and false teachers do abound, but let's not go calling everyone a false teacher!

Do you consider yourself to be a good person? Most people do. However, most of us differ as to the definition of "good." The Bible says that God is good, and the Ten Commandments are His standard of goodness. So, we will look at God's Law . . . With a tender conscience, ask yourself if you have obeyed the following:
You shall have no other gods before Me. (Have you always loved God above all else?)You shall not make yourself an idol. (Have you made a god in your mind that you're more comfortable with, a god to suit yourself?)You shall not take God's name in vain. (Have you ever used God's holy Name as a cuss word?)Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy.Honor your father and mother. You shall not murder. (God considers hatred to be as murder). You shall not commit adultery. ("Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart" Matthew 5:27-28; this also includes sex before marriage). You shall not steal. (Have you ever stolen anything? the value of the item is irrelevant). You shall not lie. (Have you lied even once? Including answering these questions). You shall not covet. (Have you ever jealously desired what belongs to others?)The Bible says that God will punish all murderers, rapists, thieves, liars, adulterers, etc. He will even judge our words and thoughts. On Judgment Day, will you be found to be guilty or innocent of breaking His commandments?
Perhaps you think that God is good, and will therefore overlook your sins. But it is His goodness that will make sure that murderers, rapists, thieves, liars, etc. receive justice. He would be a corrupt Judge if He turned a blind eye to injustice. Have you kept the Commandments?
The Bible says that the Law is perfect. It commands you to be perfect (Matthew 5:48). Are you perfect (in thought, word, and deed)? Will you make it to Heaven? You may say that you are still good, but God says you're not (see Psalm 14:2-3). So one of you is lying, and the Scriptures tell us that it is impossible for God to lie. Remember that all liars will be cast into the Lake of Fire (Revelation 21:8). God's Law demands justice, and the penalty for sinning against Him is death and Hell. Listen carefully if you want to live.
God Himself made a way where His justice and His goodness could meet. We broke the Law, but He became a man to pay the fine. Jesus suffered and died on the cross to satisfy the Law. God can forgive us and grant us the gift of everlasting life! But you may still think that you can (from now on) keep the Ten Commandments. But isn't it true that the best of us have lied, stolen, lusted, hated, failed to love God above all else, and failed to love our neighbor as ourselves?
How can we then, live a "good" life if we have already sinned against God? At best we are reformed liars and thieves . . . but still Lawbreakers. Think of it this way - would you sell one of your eyes for a million dollars? Would you sell both for $50 million? I'm sure you wouldn't. Your eyes are priceless, yet they are merely the windows of your soul. What then must your life (soul) be worth? With these thoughts in mind, what would be a fair price to pay for everlasting life? It is utterly without price. Yet, if we trust in our own goodness to enter Heaven, we are saying to God, "I should enter Heaven because I have done good - I have earned my way in."
Imagine if you wanted to give me a brand new (very expensive) car, but I said, "I can't take it! I feel embarrassed receiving such a gift . . . here's 10 cents for it." I'm sure you would be very insulted by such a pathetic offer of payment. Besides, if I pay for it, it is no longer a gift, it's a purchase . . . it's mine by right.
When we talk of entering Heaven by being good, by trying to keep the Ten Commandments etc., we are tossing God 10 cents of "self-righteousness," which is a terrible insult to Him, in the light of His sacrifice. The only thing we can do is humble ourselves, repent of our sins, and receive the gift by trusting Jesus Christ alone. Almighty God demonstrated how much He loves you when Jesus suffered for you on the cross. If you want to trust in your own goodness, then you are saying His agonizing death on the cross was in vain. The Bible says, "For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God." You cannot earn a gift.
When Jesus said to "believe" on Him, He was saying we should have faith in Him, in the same way you would trust a parachute to save you when you jump from a plane. You don't merely believe in the parachute - you put it on. Please don't "jump" without Jesus. If you die in your sins there is no second chance. God will give you justice, and you will end up in Hell forever. Any troubles you have at present are dwarfed by the trouble you are in with your Creator. His wrath abides upon you (John 3:36). God doesn't want you to go to Hell. Neither do you want to go there, so confess your sins to God right now, put your trust in Jesus to save you, and you will pass from death to life. Then read the Bible daily and obey what you read. (See John 14:21). Your obedience to God is the proof of your love. Have faith in God, He will never fail you.
    Pray something like this:
"Dear God, today I turn away from all of my sins (name them). This day I put my trust in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. He is the only way for me to be saved. He is 'The way, the truth, and the life.'" Please forgive me, change my heart, and grant me Your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."!

In evangelizing I like to use these scriptures. Try them and see if you're more successful:
In the end it's the truth that sets you free!
We learn in James 2:19 that even the demons believe!
Does that mean that the demons saved?
How do we know if we believe then?
In order to find out if we believe in Jesus we must believe His word is truth.
HIS word is first, not the apostles, not Paul and not your pastor or priest
We need to read the words of our Messiah and use THEM as the standard.
In that remember Jesus also said: Do """"ALL""""" that Moses said. Matthew 23:1-3
In John 5:47 Jesus says "But if you dont believe in Moses writings, how will you believe in His!
In Luke 16:31 "" If they dont listen to Moses & the prophets, they won't listen if someone rises from the dead""
Gee I wonder do you who rose from the dead that He was talking about?
It comes down to this; if you dont accept Moses writings, or the prophets, you won't accept what Jesus says.
Jesus ""never contradicted the Father therefore He never contradicted what Moses wrote.
Jesus didn't start a new religion. If He did, the pharisees would've crucified Him for that!
Remember they found no fault in Him!!!
That means when they studied the writings of Moses there wasn't any contradiction with what He said and what the Father had Moses write down.
He didn't teach a new religion He came to show us "The Way" to walk out the old one.
Don't let Jesus say to you "" Depart from me you who practice lawlessness""
Instead believe His words """ If you love me keep my commandments""""
Or better yet have Him say: "" you did keep my commandments proving that you love Me!
His commands are exactly the fathers commands.
These very commands that Moses wrote!

//God's people are the ones who are showing the world what Jesus is like.//
Ironically, it's often the people in the world who show God's people what Jesus is like.
Christians really need to get away from this age old conceit they have that the outside world is dark, miserable and in need of saving, and that they have just the message. It's arrogant:-
    a. As people, Christians are, on average, no better, no wiser, no happier, and no more contented than anyone else.
    b. So all they have is "the" Christian message of salvation. However, given that Christians have always, and continue to finger point each other as to who is the true Christian and who is the "wolf in sheep's clothing", then clearly what is needed for salvation goes much wider than just an application of John 3:16. In essence Christians don't know themselves. For example, yesterday on another channel, I was having a "discussion" with a fellow who insisted that only Catholicism had the Truth. A few days earlier I heard J Warner Wallace excluding Mormons from being Christian. Mormons exclude all others from being Christian. As a young man, Christadelphians told me that my Methodism was damnable heresy. I had been taught that Christadelphians taught damnable heresy. I've seen Calvinists damn Arminians who damn Calvinists back. Round and round it goes. Read your bibles and you will find this happening at the beginning of the faith.
    c. The bible is of no help because it's often a source of all the above mentioned divisions within the church. Its central message is not at all obvious.
It's not that religions in general, nor Christianity specifically are necessarily bad. They are not. Many people gain hope, meaning and purpose from their religious traditions. Their traditions provide them with anchor points as they navigate life.
However much more humility is needed, and if Christians wish to find out what Jesus is like then they should spend less time navel gazing and more time looking at the world beyond their bubble.

Christianity is about blind obedience to an Authoritarian figure. There is very little in the way of morality, murder is wrong unless God tells you to do it. God with test your blind obedience by asking you to kill your child, like he did to Abraham.

I think so too. Well mostly so.
I think many Jews have an idea that God can at least be questioned, argued against and so on. Even if God has to be obeyed in the end, he can at least be challenged. That I think, is healthy. (And I think in one case in the OT God even changed his mind when questioned.)
On the other hand for many Christians God is, as you say, an authoritarian and blind obedience is required. Believers seem to find a degree of comfort in such a figure. It allows for black/white thinking.
There is a TH-camr by the name of "Pine Creek". He makes the point that many Christians think they are hopelessly in love with God and that they have a personal relationship with him. In addition, they believe that hell, a place of eternal torment exists. So even if God is not an authoritarian figure for them, they remain in a bind. Like any lover, they are completely blind to any foibles of the object of their love. But even worse, the object of their love, God/Jesus, can send them to hell if upset at them in any way. As a result it's impossible for those believers to even begin to think anything bad about God/Jesus. Blind love and fear forces them to obey without question and without any doubt.
