First of all I absolutely love the new camera position (2:50 of the film). Secondly I love the Swiss mountain roads. Just love them. Once you've driven them you are hooked. Even in more civil cars you can enjoy them.
Your intros are getting better and better and better. I can only imagine how much time it takes to edit them. In last video you showed the equipment and yes, its expensive. I hope you and your buddy (sadly I couldnt hear the name) experience even more success with your filming. And I really hope you can keep your channel the same: simple, honest, down to earth and visually magnificient!
P.S.- back end and that wing - and they say the new Type R design is outrageous. Well, its Audi, people will still buy them ;)

Good point. Indeed, the back doesn't match the front. The front radiator cover is waaaay to big. Finally, nothing beats the design of the MK1

@@AndorRadnai No actually it's lovely. The topic was "Life in Zurich as a car guy" and the honest answer is "you don't have a life in Zurich as a car guy". My guess is Luck doesn't life in Zurich. Otherwise every road trip would start and end with at least 30 min. stucked in the traffic jam.

Mega Congrats on the 100K Luke well earned...and I like your attitude, long before Google get their act together your already focused on the next 100k subscribers, all I can say is they won't be disappointed... :-) would be good to see a edit with both cars together.. In the G29 BMW Z4. Areas of interest to me will be driving dynamics, given the BMW is rear wheel drive only. versus the all wheel drive quattro system, which do you prefer... maybe you could post both video's separately but do a third where you edit them together... Also what you think of both engines, torque characteristics versus gearing ratio's. How the chassis put the power down.. not outright grip we know the Audi will win...Should be an interesting exercise and cost effective towards your productions, not ignoring the fact your heading into a season where getting out on the roads will be less frequent, so you could keep your uploads going...

Whats your thoughts on the TTRS in comparison to your old 981 GTS?? I just sold my Cayman GT4, and went for an 981 GTS (manual) until I find out what to go for next.. But the GTS just tick so many boxes.... So much better as a daily, compared to the GT4. Great sound.. and with the manual and buckets I would say it`s close to a perfect daily "fun car.". With cup-wishbones it will be. :D I`m afraid the TTRS will feel to modern and therefore a bitt dull??
I envy you on those quiet roads and I can almost smell that fresh mountain air. I just attempted to drive somewhere in London but returned home because of so much traffic. 🙁

Congrats on the 100k. I love the TTRS. I do agree about the paddles and sun visor. It's the same in my 2012 TTS. The interior is good quality apart from that. Plus it's so small it's almost useless

I have a similar feeling but it also works for me.
It is a nice feeling to have a unique car when plenty of same but standard versions are all arround :)

For me a car like the new RS6 or the GT63s is alot more desirable than a supercar.
If I had 500k € to spare I‘d order a new RS6 and keep the rest.
Don't loose traction on that road. There not much guard rails. Beautiful scenery .
I have never seen such a self control, driving up to car park with fresh snow and not doing any donuts and drifts.
Haha yeah believe me I would have but maybe what you can’t see is under the snow there is full of stones so you can’t do any there without the risk of damaging the car

Congratulations on 110l subs. However I need to point out that the OPF is not responsible for low volume, it is EU regulations on noise. OPF alters the sound but quiet sound is not it's fault.
This car is still a well dressed hairdressers car but you manage to make it look good . Can't wait for your next vid .

Very nice review. I love the RS but for me, at over 183cm , the roadster wasn't as comfortable as the Z4. That's why I bought a TTRS Coupé .
Yeah I am 1.90, one thing I forgot to mention was the seating position was too high for me, Coupe any day for me also
@@carswithluke It's a real shame that the roadster wasn't a fit because I really enjoyed test driving them. It's a great roof down car, almost perfect in fact. But then you close the roof and it's horrible place to be, for me at least!

I’ve always loved the sound of these, that 5 cylinder engine is a beaut. I think the handling probably let’s it down but saying that as a point to point car most normal people won’t ever get too close to the handling limits of the car. On track might be a different matter and I doubt you’d take a convertible on a track anyway. Excellent interior though and a very refined place to be I just wish they could rival the driving dynamics of a Cayman.
Yeah you’re right, for sure has understeer but in exchange puts the power down so good and can be driven through all weather. Would love to try one on track, not the convertible though and yes the driving sensation from a Cayman is something else.
Cars with Luke I’ve readied myself for a cayman GTS (proper one not the 2.5) next, all priced up and ready to go. Now I just need to play the waiting game.
