Try play Episode Ignis DLC right after this ending. Trust me, it will gives you the satisfaction that you want. FFXV is underrated. We could have gotten the Dawn of the Future story which takes place from this route but yeah let's hope we will be able to see it in the pipeline near future.
I’m sad that Noctis had to die to restore the light in the world but I’m glad he gets to be with Luna in the afterlife trust me the ending broke me too!
Love this game, played it for hundreds of hours. After the story ending there is so much more to do. So addicting. It feels so real. In loving memory of King Noctis Lucis Caelum, I named a cat after him.
This game changed so much from the initial release back in 2015. Crazy how much stuff they added after. So annoying they didnt release all this content from the get go instead of the barebones mess we got

Yessss!! I agree this game needs more love and I’m so excited for these questions! 1. I love all the chocobos but Nocits is #1 in my heart~! But I would die for Ignis, Prompto, and Gladio 2. Least hated villain is probably Ardyn cause he was set up and most hated is probably Bahamut cause he’s the real mastermind 3. Aranea and Lunafreya cause those girls slayyyyyy!! 4. I really enjoyed how well written the characters were. They all felt very human and their interactions felt so genuine. I also loved the day/night cycle and the camping stuff it just made the game feel so real. There’s so much in the lore that I love as well and the plot twists were really good! 5. this was the first final fantasy game I played an honestly this was the greatest birthday gift I ever got I play this game nonstop everyday just to 100% it cuz it was worth it all the way this ending made me cry too its great
I recommend giving "The Dawn of the Future" a read, it was meant to be a second season of DLC that led to yet another alternate ending (after Episode Ignis Verse 2), but the DLCs themselves were cancelled except for Episode Ardyn. If you want to know what happens in the other three (Episode Aranea, Episode Lunafreya, and Episode Noctis), you'll have to read the book.
I'm so sad those DLCs got cancelled 😔 they would've been amazing and made the game 10x better! I did get the book recently and will be reading it soon so I'm excited to see what its about~!
I'm no expert on the game so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I assume the reason that Noctis looks even a bit older than 30 after the time skip is due to his exposure to so much of that power for so long. If wearing the Ring of Lucii drains your life and ages you prematurely, then I imagine basking in the same/similar power for a decade rapidly aged him, which could also be why he looks so different when the other guys don't look they've changed as much in the same amount of time?
I wish he hugged his friends and is it just me or i wanted Luna tbh there in the ending and them together getting married was an alt timeline or something ? cause i have more questions after that tbh . loved ur gameplay Suhtired ur so much
I really wish the chocobros hugged or something 😫 but the whole wedding is them in the after life cause they both “sleep” at the end which to me means they are fully dead 😞

I don’t care what people say about this game, this game was so good in my opinion. I spend a month recovering from this damn game. Also final fantasy 13 isn’t that sad considering they come back to life. Final fantasy type-0, now that one has such a sad ending. Spoiler alert I kind of hate that they made a dlc where he got to live because that would mean Luna’s sacrifice would be for nothing. In that dlc Luna is still dead I think.
Hahahah i loved the ifrit part, when I played I was also like: dude go put some pants on. And yeah, it's such a bittersweet ending, but also it's like one of the prettiest one, I really get emotional and makes the character of Noctis amazing, because he sacrificed for the greater good and is just badass. That feeling of friends you get playing I felt the same, I also felt that with FF7 Remake/Rebirth, like actually missing those guys, so I think it's something from this Final Fantasy franchise, they really nailed this character attachment part. By the way, did you felt the same with FF7? Ahn, some things: 1 - for someone who said that isn't a crying person this game really shake you hahaha 2 - kind of spoilers from Kingdom Hearts I guess? BUTTTT Versus XII is actully being adapted as a main storyline for the next game, in the end of Kingdom Hearts 3, a Noctis from that universe show up and replay the scene from the trailer (look it up then "Yozora car scene" in youtube), so at least we are getting that, he will probably be a main character in the sequence title, so I'm exicted for that. I would love a Kingdom Hearts playthough from you Suh! It's a emotional ride as well. I think since it's a lot of games those highlights types of video would work too. Yes, I typed a lot here! I love a lot of FF7 characters but idk to me I just never connected to them the same way I did with FFXV cast. Ya I typically don’t cry but man I really loved FFXV and I think it has the best cast ever. Everyone felt so real and human and the interactions felts so genuine. This game is incomplete game. There is a romanze version of this, where bahamut is the real mastermind behind all of this. Ardin is only a puppet how eventually will ally with noctis to defeat bahamut. Ah and Luna will be revived.

You really need to play the Ardyn and Ignis DLC, it contains important information about how Ignis lost his eyes and how Ardyn became a villain
