doesnt look that bad, but plumbing must b kept to code. can residents not find a lawyer to sue the owners for upkeep? wmart sells brand new window a/c units for $200. I'd buy one & send the receipt along w/ my rent (less the cost of the a/c). the rusty old grill, thats occupants responsibility:) could reporters not ask some pertinent questions, like how much can they afford, how much r they paying there?...
