    I feel like a good barometer for how much of a true master someone is in this profession is by their reaction when they get it wrong. In my eyes, the true masters are always deeply excited to be surprised by something and learn something new/refine their skills, whereas the amateurs make excuses. This series is great!

    When he called out Corsica my immediate thought was that it was too obscure for these tastings. They’d pick loire or Provence for the blind tasting …..
