NEWSNIGHT: Should we retreat from doomed coastlines?

The people of Fairbourne on the coast of West Wales have just found out they are one of fifty coastal communities earmarked what is known as managed retreat - basically the acceptance that the cost of maintaining sea defences cant be justified. It makes economic sense - but is that good enough? Newsnight's Jim Reed went to Fairbourne.
