In my opinion Flutter is good in terms of smooth experience for developers and scalable project. Developers don't have to worry for the UI Component as they are bundled in the flutter engine itself unlike react native that you have to depends on the plugins. Both are good but flutter is slightly better when it comes to. Based on experience. Delivered two projects in flutter never face any problem with it. But right not to backing and forth with React Native in my current project.
I'm flutter developer since 3yr, its awesome. We successful develop and deploy app now we have 270k download and 10k active user, also performance is very good. So I would say flutter is good. The main thing is if you are using flutter, you can easily shift to native, but react native I don't think so. If you to be only mobile developer you should choose flutter only. You can easily embedded kotlin code for own customisable logic.
