i don't think a fresher needs to know about system designs and kafka, i have seen companies asking system designs to 2-3 years of experience in the industry, scalability is also a part of dev ops, you can't expect so much from a fresher and pay them a salary of an intern, the demand supply is the main problem which companies are taking unnecessary advantage of, even a fully functional e-commerce in mern requires a good amount of skill set, so i don't understand what the companies want at this point in time, they expect an intern to know everything of a senior level. The market is just nonsense at this point of time.
I think the problem is different. We (freshers) try to blindly follow the TH-cam tutorials, go into tutorial hell. We never think of alternatives: why mongodb? Does discord use mongo, what did Facebook use - RDBMS, next.js has RSC , but probably pages router could easily be put into CDN - next 14 is expensive - we should invest time in investigating youtubers' choices, learn from articles, follow good creators. I will never say a fresher can have knowledge of 2-3 years experience people, but this practice of questioning, exploration and some thirst of knowledge is missing. TH-camrs need views, they will never spend time on teaching how to scale their ecommerce app, cron jobs, security and deployment. At least we should be open to learn these things. You are in the path of being a senior engineer after a few years - then you need to make big engineering decisions like these.
ya even If you start to do machine learning or data science you need a higher degree ( for a good pay ). Also it's it good to just take a job and start learning slowly about other tech with experience and time

here is a summary of the video: This video is about the oversaturation of MERN stack in the Indian IT job market and explores alternative tech stacks that are in demand. The speaker, Anuj Bhaiya, argues that a large number of developers are focusing only on MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and this has led to an oversaturation in the job market. He claims that many companies are finding it difficult to find qualified candidates with the required problem-solving skills because they are too focused on learning just the MERN stack. Anuj Bhaiya also points out that influencers are promoting MERN stack aggressively, which is not helping the situation. He believes this trend is creating a situation where there is a shortage of developers with well-rounded skillsets. The speaker suggests that developers should consider learning other in-demand technologies such as Spring Boot, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, etc. He says that these technologies are not only valuable but also not as saturated as MERN stack. Anuj Bhaiya concludes the video by mentioning that he will be teaching Spring Boot in his next video.

Many engineering graduates aspire to become entrepreneurs after college, learning MEAN or MERN stacks due to the simplicity of using JavaScript for both frontend and backend development. However, they often fail because entrepreneurship requires much more than just building software. Influencers promoting easy courses in Hindi contribute to this by attracting many North Indian students and focusing only on basic skills. Meanwhile, companies prefer to hire developers with 5 to 7 years of experience to build robust web applications, recognizing that this expertise comes from years of specialization. Students should focus on becoming a "master of one" rather than trying to do everything at once. The new trend of being a T-shaped developer, who has deep expertise in one area (the vertical bar) and a broad understanding of related fields (the horizontal bar), is more valuable in the job market.

Mern stack is the solution for web. You will not get a job by only a stack, mern or mean or laraval or springboot you have to create the idea how to make a app from scratch, how to use ai in your app, how to write clean and maintainable code and shoud have knowledge of deploying, docker, cicd etc.

Yes Mern is oversaturated, Like front-end wise its good and easy to adapt but when we use express library to handle apis it not worth as about the scaling ,performance and security wise. Like they are IT teams in software industry to moiniter, scale and architecture. So without the scalability and performance wise apis is not worth. Prefer react for only frontend and other backend service we need to switch to other technology like spring and integration tools. Finally companies prefers scalable security solutions for their servers and clients Not developer easyness or toughness.
This full stacks are overwhelming..We are unable to concentrate on any one. Its too much..We are learning things on top. But unable to go in deep. Also there is no much time. Everybody wants people who are experienced. Not freshers. We we are experienced also, they want experienced in that technology only. How can one be equally good at everything? Its nonsense. I dont know who invented all these. 2 years ago I got a call for Power BI developer job asking for 9 years experience. That time Power BI was just 7 years old 😂😂 Companies want people who are experienced but for low payment.

i think if u know mern u can explore tech like video/audio streaming and like implementation of abs,DASH,DRM then u can explore websocket and webrtc before that u can explore integrationof various types of payment gateway then u can also explore building npm pakages ,chrome extensions i think these content is not easily availabe if u get interest in some tech then u can go for it

eagrely waiting for Spring Boot course 🙌
it's too late for me. already spent a lot of time. At this point I don't care saturated or not. If i move to other things, then it will be saturated too till then.

Kuch mat kro Ghar betho or inki video dekho taki inko views milta rahe
Technology sikho bus achhe se job automatic mill jayega bhai
Jo technology smjh aa rahi usko kro Java stack smjh aa raha toh ush mein ghuso agar mern smjh aa raha toh ush mein ghuso

glad i learnt Laravel
how they will over populate java also ,

DSA is not a rat race ? 💀
If you learn it for your coding skill to improve
than no ig its not just about rat race even if everyone is doing it
@@talhaanwar1005 same goes with mern IG
That not true bro almost every student pursuing btech or any computer degree or even non-tech students doing DSA . DSA and web dev both are rat race
There is a major difference between the tech stack and computer fundamentals.
Even i don't solve leetcode problems, my problem solving skills are pathetic, that doesn't make the fundamentals useless. If you can't learn it, at-least respect it as the building blocks of the systems. That is the least you can do as computer engineer.
no DSA is used to imrpove your problem solving skills

sir there is also one thing that recruiter's expect too much from a fresher student and never ready to pay industry level salary or ready to pay such incentive .
Bhaiya mai linux or system admin ki padhai kia hoo jaha bhi interview Dene jata hoo sab experiance prefer karte hai , ab boht low feel karne laga hoo
sir kya c# ma last year me hu project banasakta hu?
C# is dying, very less opportunities are there for c#
But competition is also less, so you can try
Mern stack is the solution for web. You will not get a job by only a stack, mern or mean or laraval or springboot you have to create the idea how to make a app from scratch, how to use ai in your app, how to write clean and maintainable code and shoud have knowledge of deploying, docker, cicd etc.
A fresher should know senior level stuff to get a job? That's what you are saying for 5-10 times lesser pay?
in IT job market MERN JOB percentage - .01% , Chintu teatcher suggesting to learn MERN - 100%, IT student taken MERN course - 95 %
MERN jobs 0.01% , seriously 😳 ?
@jsaugat_ understood 😃
kaha se late ho esab percentage?

I am working as node js developer after 5 year gap , i am non tech physics honours (learn C programming in 3rd year syllabus),
What i realised software engineering is different from MERN stack 😂
you cant justify with js , while not knowing
What is pointer , time complexity space complexity other CS concept,,,,,,
I am going to shift to data analytics i learned python previously upto oops
I think pure coding is not for me , i came in MERN stack because i needed a job as quickly as possible
how did you get node js developer position?
u are partially wrong.... because agar react pe frontend aur express server hi nahi banaoge to docker aur kubernetes pe apna ghanta chalaoge ? git pe ghanta commit maaroge? linux pe bhi to server hi deploy karoge na ? mahine learning model maan sakta hu voh alag cheez h.... distributed system kis cheez ka banaoge ? jab basic server hi nahi banana aaega? reality is mern should be everyone's starting point..then they can branch out to specialization in ur mentioned fields
sahi baat kahi bro
So, you think ki servers sirf express par bante hai 🤨, there are many backed framework bro, Django, Spring, Php, .net, Laravel, Express and many more. Get out of the Mern bubble and see the world 😊
@@SHIVAMSHARMA-no5dc dude how does that matter when u want to learn docker , kubernetes or linux... django karo ya express karo ek hi baat nahi ho gayi ? express is way easier than others...hence beginners will start with it..so simple
@@aryankumar87771 Now you are admitting ki express ke alawa aur bhi kuch kar sakte h. Nice 👍

Devops and cloud is also becoming rat race , as per my experience I would say security and operational part is there where not many people are going. Maybe they should explore that , it's an easy access into the core IT .
Hello
Mujhe bca me admission lena h meri University me Bca(MERN)full stack college dekho

Ye do option h please koi btao m konsa branch choose kru please help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Bhai jis ny abi system he nai dakhy itny to system design kasy achy sy ay ga
Software Engineering is a RAT RACE and oversaturated.
No one trying other engineering fields - Mechanical, Electronics, Nanotech, Mechatronics
Guys try be in the top 1% developers in whatever stack you want and i am sure you will get any job in that domain. Go deeper ask questions thats the only way. Again this is not for all but you can surely be in that list if you are serious. Rock on 🤘
Awesome thank you,👍
bilkul you are right.
Yes Mern is oversaturated,
Like front-end wise its good and easy to adapt but when we use express library to handle apis it not worth as about the scaling ,performance and security wise.
Like they are IT teams in software industry to moiniter, scale and architecture.
So without the scalability and performance wise apis is not worth.
Prefer react for only frontend and other backend service we need to switch to other technology like spring and integration tools.
Finally companies prefers scalable security solutions for their servers and clients
Not developer easyness or toughness.
Bhai please make the Spring playlist, industry standard.
Sure, I will make a complete course soon, stay tuned!
Thanks bhaiya ..meine bhahut onfuse tha tech selection ko leke .....bhaiya aap spring padho gye ya spring boot

Thanks a lot 👍

please make a video on Django, like market demand wise

Data science karlo bro agar kar sakte ho to

People will only understand the power of Django when it get's integrated with AI Models
you are wrong. the thing is there is huge computation and company demands experience weather it is mern mean or java or anything

baat to sahi hai bhai but jab itna ayega wnde ko to package he deserved should be 15-20 lpa as a fresher but companies are offering 3-4 lpa for same knowledge
8:16 kahi aap scaler academy ke bare me to bat nahi kar rahe ho....? 😄😄
What about backend? it maybe any framework or language, handling api, writing efficient database queries, building complex backend with scalability....can u elaborate on this ??
i am from nit and yes he sounds right.... amny of my classmates resume is same
but isnt it the companies who are supposed to hire the fresher and guide them to learn how to be good at it.
You talked about scalibility, system designing or about kafka ...these all things arent supposed to be mastered by a freshers.. even many industry professionals with 2 years of experience who got hired in 2022 or 2021 will sweat hard if they will be asked about scalability system designs or etc.
Cool sir great understanding
