Raidraptor is the MVP in this box, PK is just a runner up... Raidraptor can put up to 3 negations per turn. + Consistent because of the skill (now mimicry isn't a brick anymore). On top of that, using mimicry to Xyz Raider's knight and detaching makes mimicry easy negation search with their new trap. First turn End board 1 Dark Requiem (3 negations) 1-2 backrow (Most likely lance) Or 1 Arc Rebellion (Cant be destroyed by card effect) 1 Raidraptor's Phantom knight's claw (Negation) 1 Backrow (most likely Lance) 1 PKRUM

In my Opinion, it might not be versatile enough to be Tier 0.
I still feel Tier 0 tachyon much better then this.

Even when ophion on field, kaiju wont work so chalice/droplet is needed if you play synchro or fusions
