  • Continuing this series of short videos, today we look at what the definitions of abuse are. This can be helpful if we were gaslit about our abuse, or if we are not aware of what actually is abuse. Trigger warning: Because of the definitions given, this video might be upsetting to some. None of the definitions go into explicit graphic detail, but it still might be triggering. So use discretion as to wether to watch this video or not.     I sometimes go through cycles where I doubt I was abused this video is very helpful

    I suggest this is clear, powerful and necessary viewing for all those who care for young people. I am struck by the CRB definition of Child Abuse which includes within it anyone who chose to remain silent or tried to cover up abuse - they are child abusers also. Thank you
