I was waiting for this video. I went and ordered that very same big block after watching your last video and actually paid $162!! That things a rocket ship!! I was going to originally shoehorn it into my rascal lite but on second though it will probably be better off in the Baja mb200 project I will be building. I love your videos, watch them multiple times sometimes if it’s something I’m looking to do. Thanks for doing what you do!!
Rock on man, it's really good to see some real people doing real stuff and having fun great work! Was wondering of sticking a big block in the b200r got me convinced 😂
Might try upgrading the sprocket behind the driven clutch to a 22 tooth, keep the 40 tooth on the rear, and run a 420 chain. love the videos, and can't wait to see more.
This video got me tempted to find another mini bike and fitting in an opposed twin with a 40 series on it, that is if I find another motor that runs. I'm your new subscriber, absolutely enjoyed watching your previous videos!
Hey black good to see you again. I find it funny that once you pop up our bikes is somewhat on the same setup except I got the jack shaft in very slow but this setup is exactly what I need take off quick top out good enough
Stretch it! Replacing the rear axle tabs with ones 3-4” longer makes a huge difference in the amount of power you can put down. Slightly taller sprocket ratio would be good too.
You’re a pretty cool guy! Just out there enjoying life like lots of other mini bike tinkerers 😂 bet your neighbors are like mine and they are just really wondering why he kick so many loops back and forth on a kids bike hahahahahaha
Order my 420 aliexpress special ten minutes ago. 183 to my door. If it works when it gets here I’m ordering another! I’ve got two cart frames that need power plants!
Do all the mods you would normally do to a stock bike engine, port the head and exhaust, possibly a wheelie bar and then see what it can do full throttle of the line!
Was watching that engine move/shake at idle in the last video, and thinking: The mounting plate extension you added should extend to the frame rails as well, for increased rigidity. Otherwise, you're gonna torque that engine just hard enough to really flex it, which could cause some breakage on a level you'll really regret happening.☹
Black what’s up buddy?! Should do a removable wheelie bar and do a 0-30 then mod it and see the changes! I’ll dm you some photos of the progress on the two I’m building rn. Take care brother
Another great video! Mr. Black, I'll tell you what works great for me on my cheap Chinese 420cc. I shaved the head down about .030 , ported the head, advanced timing about 7 or 8 degrees, 50# valve springs and slapped on a 30mm pwk carb. It runs pretty great but unfortunately I didn't even try the engine before I made the modifications so I don't really know what I gained in performance. I'm curious how you come along with this one. If your head looks anything like mine did then removing any of the excess slag, especially through the exhaust port is bound to help. Great video 👍
Awesome bike! i am looking forward to your upgrades. Just be sure not to show up any motorcycles...What you should do next..the sky is the limit or burn that wheel of destruction..LOL.
Extend the rear axle back about 6”- 8”, help keep front down., making the chain longer, put a 50T on rear. Might need to play with the springs in the driven.. remove gov., cam the 420 to get more RPM, HANG ON BLACK!
It would be cool if they sold a Juggernaut driver for 40 Series Torque Converters. A Super 40 Series Driver. I wonder how it would perform if you swapped out the 1'' inch Shaft for a 3/4'' inch shaft and used the Juggernaut Driver? 🤔☸🏍
Have you ever experimented with changing the spring in the driven pulley?? I'm just wondering which color seems to work best in a basically stock mini bike?? Thanks for the videos!!
Personally, I think it’s more cost-effective for a big block and a torque converter, then upgrading a small block with internal parts? Thoughts anyone?
Yeah, it's definitely a great bang for the buck! Especially with this big block. It was $171 shipped. Be sure to watch next week's video for some mods on the 420!
That torque converter is over 2x as much as the engine. $370+$170motor is pretty expensive$540. Then you need more mods to support it like a brake upgrade most definitely. Idk know if it's more cost effective but definitely cooler
@paullassahn4641 I would say to get this kind of torque with a small block its hard to beat if you compare the two directly . As long as your having fun with minibikes any power plant is good .
Nope he hasn't,all he did to it is put a header Pipe and a performance air filter until now that he put the cvt or torque converter, but he didn't remove the governor from it,maybe it's gonna be on another video
Thanks but No need . It is much more fun with the Driver driven . Also A clutch will not hold the power of the 420 with the parts used in next weeks video.
You’re going to get hurt on that bike. That frame cannot handle a small black, much less a big block. The fact that you trust the steering head parts to support that weight and the force of the front brakes is scary. Also welding the brake bracket to the tab is putting insane amounts of pressure on it. I’m wishing you luck.

Thanks for the support! You’ll have a blast with that big block. Be sure to watch next weeks video with this bike. I add some performance stuff...
Just ordered mine for 144
@@mrcrazyclips6112 seems like every week they drop it 10 bucks lol
You know its time to get on youtube when Black66 posts a new video
You're right
Rock on man, it's really good to see some real people doing real stuff and having fun great work! Was wondering of sticking a big block in the b200r got me convinced 😂
Thanks! Yes you might as well do it!
@Black66 I couldn’t wait to see what a cvt was going to do with that setup!! Aside from the usual cam and flywheel definitely some head work!!
Might try upgrading the sprocket behind the driven clutch to a 22 tooth, keep the 40 tooth on the rear, and run a 420 chain. love the videos, and can't wait to see more.
0:14 no black 66 you would need a 60t rear sprocket ⚙️ setup to be safe on the clutch.. that’s what im doing on mines. Get the 3000 stalled version

Thanks! As long as its fun its all good. Check out today's 420 billet build video. th-cam.com/video/iOUn1q-ULUQ/w-d-xo.html
Rocket ship! Keep an eye on that small tube frame for cracks lol. Looking forward to performance parts!
Had to take a break from working on mine to watch this. Love it!
You should stretch it a good few inches and build the motor out and see what it can do
I had to add an 8" extension to my frame to keep the front down and it still pulls it up for a few feet 💪
You've built some very imaginative minibikes over the years.
But this big block bike is something else! 👍👍 S T R E T C H!
Thanks for checking it out!
Stretch it! Replacing the rear axle tabs with ones 3-4” longer makes a huge difference in the amount of power you can put down. Slightly taller sprocket ratio would be good too.
Excellent video. I have already spent too much money on mini bikes.
FINALLY a 420!!!!
Awesome, thank you! Hope to see what a few performance mods can do to that engine.
Next weeks video!

I wish I could give this video more thumbs 👍 up. Stock governed engine mind blowing.
Thank you very much!
Next I think u need to build my Coleman Ex just like that one with the 420 and same torque converter... There u go for ur next project....
Order my 420 aliexpress special ten minutes ago. 183 to my door. If it works when it gets here I’m ordering another! I’ve got two cart frames that need power plants!
Awesome! Be sure to watch tomorrows video for some 420 internal engine mods.
I'd like to see you put a small Amazon turbo on this 420. I think it would really shine in the top end

I've got some hilly terrain near my place, I'd have to stretch that thing!
Always a Good time, aloha from Hilo hawaii🤙🏻
Boy, she's a handful now!
Be sure to watch next weeks video, I add some performance stuff.
And "moderate" cam and a Juggernaut torque converter, maybe. And perhaps a larger, slide-type carb, too.😉
Black what’s up buddy?! Should do a removable wheelie bar and do a 0-30 then mod it and see the changes! I’ll dm you some photos of the progress on the two I’m building rn. Take care brother
i personally say stretch it but great video man
Good job with that rider 👏 👌 👍
Next? Build wheelie bars !
I would like to see how maybe a lighter billet flywheel and a flatslide carb would run like?
Need to get one for my CT200U-EX.
I wanna see a mild build on this motor, I know you can get it to rev higher

Big hp in next video new carburetor new piston new camshaft new rod ?
Isn't a 14 tooth with a 40 rear gear a 3.50 final ratio
love your videos
Do you ever take your bikes in the dirt? Would love to see how it preforms there!
does the 40 series have the adjustments like the 30 does on the driven pulley maybe you can adjust the spring to open more for top speed or torque
what other frames fit slim with a 420cc with a TC like this ?
Do you have a video of a bt200 with a stock 212 with a torque converter and with a 50T sprocket??
How long would you say a tank of gas on that thing last
Awesome bike! i am looking forward to your upgrades. Just be sure not to show up any motorcycles...What you should do next..the sky is the limit or burn that wheel of destruction..LOL.

Hi there I'm getting ready to do a 420 cc predator swap on my RT 200 . You have any suggestions thanks????
Extend the rear axle back about 6”- 8”, help keep front down., making the chain longer, put a 50T on rear. Might need to play with the springs in the driven.. remove gov., cam the 420 to get more RPM, HANG ON BLACK!
I add a little something to the 420 in next weeks video! Thanks for watching!
I wish he do the duromax xp500cc big block
I'm gonna say you must be happily not married! 😂 No way a man with a woman at home could have this much fun!!!
Wheely bars on a extended wheelbase.Better to unload rear tire up on wheely bars then to bust your butt.😊
@Black66 what phone mount do you use? Found one but it keeps flopping around 😂
It would be cool if they sold a Juggernaut driver for 40 Series Torque Converters. A Super 40 Series Driver. I wonder how it would perform if you swapped out the 1'' inch Shaft for a 3/4'' inch shaft and used the Juggernaut Driver? 🤔☸🏍
What chain breaker tool do you have and for it come with the chain mender also?
2.8:1 ratio on 19” tires is the issue . Straight chain with 19” tires should be 6:1 for best results
I talk about this in the video Knowing it would smoke the clutch. Check out the other 420 videos on the channel .
Have you ever experimented with changing the spring in the driven pulley?? I'm just wondering which color seems to work best in a basically stock mini bike?? Thanks for the videos!!
Yes here is the video th-cam.com/video/YejV6FHMLxc/w-d-xo.html
@@Black66 Ok thanks! My converter kit came in today and it has a yellow spring??

@ can’t wait! in Doing the same build with a BT 200 X frame 👍

Looks like Florence or san tan area
motor rebuild with performance parts should be next
Check out the video coming out next Wednesday .
My mini bike wants to die with a cold air intake under load. I tried to tune it but it didn't work any ideas??
Is this faster accelerating than the QS 138 build?
Its hard to tell. If I can come up with a frame that I can use more power at launch it could possibly be .
Have you removed the governor yet?
Nope he hasn't,all he did to it is put a header Pipe and a performance air filter until now that he put the cvt or torque converter, but he didn't remove the governor from it,maybe it's gonna be on another video
Add a 2nd set of pegs for that bike far back
What is the fuel tank you used can you put the link in the video description or tell me the name?
JCMH store on Amazon has a bolt on 1.5 gallon tank for a ct200uex
I can't even believe you tried to drive that with that clutch set up in that gear ratio that was a failure waiting to happen
That is what makes it fun! 420 videos later and still having fun!
Was that a stock 420???
I talk about the engine mods in the video
is it still governed?
I wish I had this much time on my hands
Trust me Running a TH-cam channel takes up a lot of time
Put a little more ratio please
Wheelie Bar
Please🏍🇺🇲
Cool vid bud. Maybe build yourself a welding table. Make build vid
i can send you a link to the correct clutch
Thanks but No need . It is much more fun with the Driver driven . Also A clutch will not hold the power of the 420 with the parts used in next weeks video.
you had the wrong clutch on there we never have problems with ours
The 420 is much more fun with a driver driven
damn just as fast as a honda grom prob cheaper too lol
if you ever donate a bike out. think of me! 😆😆😆
Supercharge it with a AMR300 supercharger.

First
careful using an impact on that aluminum block. I've stripped a few threads and had to make repairs with threaded inserts.
