    I am very vata and this was like a combination of all my favourite yoga poses! 😂 never realized I liked them all because they’re great for vata. Funny and eye opening. Loved it. Thank you. My new favourite evening yoga rinse 💖

    I really like these slow yoga sessions. The faster more intense ones tend to make me feel more irritable/agitated or just plain tired.

    Just want to say I came on here looking for a vata balancing yoga routine and started doing this yesterday. Today was my second day and I feel great already! Digestion is also working good too! 😉 Thank you so much for this video!

    Yoga is the best way of living, usually my Pitta Dosha remain on high side but with yoga and Planet Ayurveda's Pitta Balance capsules, I keep myself calm and composed

    Hi, thank you for this video! I just got ditched by my yoga group and thought I'll do some alone then with the help of TH-cam...
    I really liked all the poses but the background noise is terrible. At least I thought so in the begining, at the end it just felt immersive, as if I'm with you in your yoga oasis surrounded by a big busy city or whatever it is!😄

    Omg loved this. I realized all the vata imbalance symptoms are the same as the symptoms I have in my entire body. I'm trying to heal my IBS and I just did this and tmi all the gas left my body😆🙌. Definitely going to make this a habit

      Hi.. Read ur post by co-incidence... Am facing severe digestive issues including severe improper bowel movements and irrational weight loss... Are all these due to vata dosha?

    Thank you for this practice, was absolutely needed here! I was super imbalanced in the last time, extremely airy, forgot about my physicals body needs... That is a danger of an imbalanced Vata Dosha, definitely. Lots of love to you 🙏🏽❤️

    I have just found you ❤ thank you. I am going to try this yoga sequence. I'm pretty sure I'm a very strung out vata. I went to a yoga class a couple of years ago for the first time and the instructor took one look at me and announced that I was 'air' I was going through a health scare at the time and I didn't go back 😢 but my journey of trying to find my balance and ease my mind has brought me here ❤

      A beautiful story, thank you for sharing! I'm also very vata, very, air, so more grounding slow yoga is best. heavy, denser foods like oats, dates, figs, sweet potatoes, squash, yams and stews are really good to nourish. Bone broth is excellent to help rebuild ojas as well. Glad you're here :)

    Thank you so much for this. It’s really helping manage my anxiety. I’m trying to do it every morning but it’s tough because of time constraints. Might you have an abbreviated 10 minute version? I tried to find another video but I don’t like them as much as I like yours.

    I really appreciate you creating and sharing this flow, I'm finding benefits from it. I'm curious to know if you did your yoga teacher training with Prana Yoga College, Shakti Mhi? I did my training with her and your style is very similar to hers. I really miss her classes, so it's nice to find classes that remind me of them.

    Wow. I actually really enjoyed that and was fully in the flow and wasn't thinking this is good for me but boring like i have done with other yoga sessions with other yogis online.
    I guess its because they involve mostly downward facing dog and a lot of standing where this one was more on the ground and i really liked it. Maybe cause i found that i am dominant in vata and so i found something that's right for me.
    Do you have any more yoga videos for balancing vata dosha? Also are there some yoga asana's that agitate vata?

      this will work for vata and pitta. Also look at my pitta class for the solar plexus. A slow moving and strong hatha series :)

    That last asana got me... i did it after watching you do it a few times first.... only i feel a bit lightheaded now. How does that help with vata?

      Dean's Life yes the last Asana Can be more intense, but it’s intention is to continue to ground the vata Dosha. If any posture ever feels too much, ease out of it softly :)

    Thank you @Clareminded. I've never been able to bend down that much before. One question: when I do the fire log double pigeon pose I get angry, want to yell or cry, but can't even cry strangely. I know it's the seat of emotions. Do you have tips for becoming more flexible there and releasing emotions stored in the hips?

      deep breathing, and let the tears come! It may be a release. I would suggest being gentle with your body and pull back if it ever feels too deep.

    Clare what's your thoughts on ADHD being a vata person? I have adhd and i noticed people with vata often are airy with a scattered mind, so Adhd and the vata dosha are very similar. It effects my memory and word retrieval.

      Hi there :) So glad the vata poses worked for you. For IBS this is something I would suggest you see a practitioner for. The recommendations i could give you would be very broad. As every single person is unique, I wouldn't be able to give you personal specifics without doing a full diagnostics. I will be having virtual appointments opening up next month if you'd like to be in touch then.
