These usually arrive in early morning for me. Good to fill that last hour of insomnia.
👍🏻😂
Love this show. Steve is freaking high as a kite lol.
As a specialist in emergency medicine, it always staggers me that push bike riders can travel along at motor vehicle speeds with almost zero protective clothing. They suffer worse injuries than motorbike riders at suburban speeds. At least those have body armour, boots and a decent helmet. The light weight helmets used by bike riders are next to useless with no lateral protection where the skull is at its most vulnerable.
Then with complete disregard of the risks, and to the distress they have caused their loved ones, they get on a bike again and take all the risks that nearly killed them before. I think it's the height of arrogance and selfishness.
Electric scooters scare me. They go so fast with no protection at all.
About a month ago, a young man on a scooter tried to outrun a delivery truck in front of my apartment building. He got hit. Badly. Wasn't wearing a helmet or any body protection. Luckily we have a hospital across the street, so help arrived swiftly. Yesterday I saw the same young man engage in a similar game with another truck. Again no helmet. Defies logic really.
As a driver I never understood how that’s legal when my car would flatten that person they can’t even move at the same speed a car can
Need to make it an embarrassment not to be wearing protective gear and good helmets to ride bikes. Parents, schools, bike clubs, and media could help educate children on the very serious types of injuries they risk when they don’t. With global warming, we definitely need more bike riders, but they also need more education.
Shouldn't your anger be at the lack of bicycle infrastructure? Most people who ride bikes do so out of necessity, not for fun. If they don't take those risks they could lose their jobs, homes, etc. Kind of crazy to blame them for things that are out of their power.
I've also witnessed the contempt motorists often have for cyclists, with road rage making them lose their marbles and put cyclists in danger, sometimes on purpose.
It's so encouraging to hear about the love and struggles of men and women and families and how they overcome these struggles. God bless everyone who makes these possible.❤
Bridget looks so much like Rosamund Pike! Such a stylish, beautiful lady.
First scene with Stephen I thought, "Not gonna be good... Later, I hear a Air Ambulance flying over my house, "Probably a mountain biker." Unfortunately where I live we get tourists from all over the world and at least 1/3 of our medical flights are bicyclists... Glad it ended well for all ❤
Bridget a fine refined English lady.
So thankful for the uploads ❤😊
Oh what Id give for a health care system even remotely resembling what Australia has built. Good going, friends. From the USA
@@ahwell9984 This is in the UK - but not that different. I think you will find something like this in most European countries
As a retired geriatric/oncology nurse, this was an interesting view of events from an emergency situation.
I'm really happy to know, despite my previous thoughts, that everyone made it successfully so. What an incredible team of caring professionals, we need some like that in Germany.
Bridget is just lovely!
This one had me in tears.
I love Bridget, what a lovely womand with a great outlook on life.
Thank you!!!! 😊
Good morning everyone ❤️🙂⚘️🚑🏥.
Morning! Ite 4:35 am in California. Up since 3:30... so yes... insomnia is hard but way better now with thus upload. Their compassion is so incredible. ❤
Love seeing what they do! I've watched old & new!
Thank you for sharing 👌

Thank you👏😍🇬🇷 14:00 hrs in Greece

Australia has a good system like this?
This hospital is in the UK
Come to Canada where despite problems, you do not have to qualify financially
Even in New Zealand 🇳🇿
@@sharongreen1366sure do 😊
I LOVE these shows!
Sophie is wonderful
He's 89 what more do you expect believe me I understand I lost my father a couple years back he was 90 but he had a long life
And has shocking lungs from asbestos.
Yes. And asking for resuscitation is very selfish. At that point it is the worst decision you can make. DnR isn't cruel once you know the risks involved in resuscitation on a very elderly and frail person.
@@ladybalhookmy mom was 80 and in life support
Due to a bad interaction from a drug ,
They wanted us to say goodbye her heart wasn’t even working it was on impella machine , we asked then to do dialysis to take the fluid off her heart , but her kidneys had failed
So they did the dialysis but before they did they said
She’d have poor quality of life - she’d need dialysis
Etc ..
she got better quickly after dialysis ,
It was right before covid so ,
When she finally got out of hospital to a rehab , she wanted to leave . We got her out of the rehab thankfully
Home health helps but a lot of th people got covid in that rehab center -5when it was really bad , dying .
Mom is 85 now , 86 in January
But she doesn’t need dialysis that I believe was a miracle
And thank God, cause I feel with dialysis at 80 she’d have been miserable
She always says
I’m glad you guys
Chose that ❤
Not all cases are the same
Though . I get it ❤️🩹
Mind you mom wasn’t frail she’s got German hag in her like me 😂jkjk
I was thinking Stephen likes to be the boss when the note said "Marry me" and not Will you marry me and then his wife said he likes to be the boss.🤨
I picked up on that too.....😑
It could’ve been a “marry me?” I don’t think it’s that deep. They seem to have a truly loving relationship
12:51 Lady fell "While walking in GREASE. Well DUHHHH, WHAT DID SHE EXPECT ??? "🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😂😂🤣🤣YESSSSS, I KNOW SHE MEANT GREECE THE COUNTRY.
That was just a homophone. Sometimes the Closed Captioning is so far off that it's ridiculous and occasionally it can be uproariously funny. I can be watching the saddest show and laughing my butt off.
She talks about having a lot of friends that helps with her loneliness, I’m married for 17 years and have never felt so lonely
@@jeanholsworth4300 Have you considered volunteering? There are plenty of organizations who could use another pair of hands and I know from experience that feeling needed helps to assuage the loneliness a bit. I especially like volunteering at my local food bank and with an organization that helps teen parents. It is very rewarding.
Aww derek and prisella look adorable.
Dang, that tube up Derek’s nose, yikes
Bravo to the wife telling the doctors not to do a DNR on her husband! Too many hospitals take liberty without talking to the family.
I have a DNR and I believe that when Jesus comes to take me home there's no doctor no hospital know where that can stop me from passing on ! My family cannot tell the doctors to stop the DNR I have talked to an attorney and he has stated in my DNR that no one can stop the DNR and no tubes know nothing that would keep me alive !
In my experience families are always involved. Why would you want to resus someone of that age with asbestos related lung disease it would unlikely be successful.
I had to fight for my DNR because I have no family, despite having a severe terminal neurological disorder that is an absolute nightmare of pain. I was shocked to discover ANYONE can void my DNR simply by removing the bracelet I must wear, which occurred the last time I was hospitalized. Given politicians and religious extremists where I live have kittens over my continuing to exist, one would think they would honor my DNR status and let me go.
My next bracelet will be hardened steel, so it’s not able to be removed by some random stranger with an agenda.
That female Dr, omg her eyes!!! 🤎💚🩶
good one ❤
Asbestosis is what killed my brother who was also in the building industry.
42:27 my father did two tours in vietnam and he passed away in 1997 because of the agent orange they sprayed. Cancer. But it was the tumor that was in his stomach they never saw. Even yr s ago when he was having back problems. When they autopsy him they found it
Perfect timing! Jetlag is real.. it's 4:30 am in California and I've been up since 3:30. Love your channel, I've learned alot! 🤗🤗🫶🫶
Några dunsar men jättemycket prat💬, tyckte jag kunde höra enstaka ord egentligen mer eller mindre hela tiden från 5 min😮
22 missed calls? Wow
How nice that the NHS has pink slings. Very fashionable for the ladies.
❤
They have wonderful medical services in Greece. Why didn’t she get help there?
My view too
When they slide that old man off the scanner at 35 minutes in that scanner machine is absolutely filthy😮
Well, to be fair, Mrs drag him from the garden to the house, so I don’t think it’s a normal part of his routine - besides, I don’t think she’d allow him to be a mess, actually. It’s obvious they really love each other!
Configiality? Never heard that word before
She said conviviality
●▪︎● EVERYONE in this and all hospitals are ANGEL'S..Thank God for them All...❤❤❤❤
It’s wild to hear about someone from someone else and go yeah that’s who I’m gonna marry and then it actually happened
35:00 I bought a house which had been maintained by an older couple, the man was a handyman, could supposedly do anything like Derek, and everything he touched or had done in the house was shit. Had to replacing wiring, fences were falling down, garden was just random weeds and vines destroying the fence.
take him down aled5
These are all repeats
The ladies in London sure do have a way with talking very proper. It seems so forced and unnatural to me. I am from USA though!
