That was a legit melt down! Makes me so mad when those loud diesels or crappy fast and furious cars go rippin by..., even our cows give those people 'the look'. The original version of this video had my entire meltdown all beeped out and it was hilarious, completely not scripted....we slept on the idea and then decided to cut it out because of our young viewers...our kids had drifted away when that happened, so thankfully they did not hear all my choice words...the " piiieeeieccccce of Shhhh(beeeeep) in any video is hilarious, but not good for the kiddos who watch. Thank you for watching!!!
Thanks for making this interesting video. 🙂 I totally agree that everyone should have at least a small solar set-up. They cost next to nothing, these days, and we can charge loads of stuff for free, while reducing our reliance on mains power. I've done much the same as you did. Years ago, I bought a few small solar panels from eBay and a solar charge controller, to learn about solar electricity. (They were more expensive back then.) The panels added up to about the same area as your panel. It's surprising how quickly they can charge a pair of AA batteries. It only took a couple of hours, on a sunny day. That's about the same as it takes from mains power.
Thank you for watching! I love that you have played around with solar panels like us! We have a gnome yard ornament that got run over by the meat wagon and that gnome is, I mean was, a solar powered light...I tore apart the thing and got the solar panel and wires connected to the red led light, and then another loud truck went by and the wires somehow got removed from the little solar panel, so I couldn't continue the experiment..plus it was lunch time...that would have been cool... Another thing I wanted to do is show how to start a fire with....oh, I shouldn't say how because we decided that kids watching how to start fire might be dangerous....the point is survival skills...what do we have around us that can help us..thank you for watching!!!
'C'mon!!!! That cracked me up- so Adam.😂
