Woah, i didn't know about the 8x8/7x7 size thing. Awesome overview! although would appreciate if the sound was louder, lol. I would reccomend lubing the core with Lubicle Black (or any low viscosity lube) and also dignitas on the outer edges.
Rule of thumb on big cubes is: The Looser it is = more pops likely The Tighter it is = more lockups likely I loosened my 8M by about 90° on each side... still gets lockups but more rare and usu not as bad as before✅
