While I can appreciate that, the average joe like me wants to replace the bulb in the easiest way possible. That’s obviously why VW made the wheel well access port...you can even see it in your video.
But there is literally an access that they made just for accessing the light assembly. You aren't showing it "by the book" you're just showing the way you thought to do it. So much extra work. So much removal of the bumper. You can literally take 3 screws out of the panel, pop it open, pull the light, change it, put it all back. Entire job should take ten minutes and probably the hardest part will be taking off the wheel to access the panel.
Today I learned my 2014 Jetta does not have the above mentioned access port. Instead the fog lights are held in with 2 tabs and 1 screw fastened from the front of the vehicle.

That's a lot of work - Why not simply use the access port in the wheel well rather than take the whole front of the car apart?

Is it any different with Jetta that had adaptive cruise radar sensor in the VW emblem?
Does this work if the Jetta is not equipped with fog lights because I have a 16 Jetta and I’m thinking about adding fog lights

You know you can just take that cover off in the wheel well and it goes straight to the passenger side bulb.
If you are just replacing the bulb!
@@Murph968 you should be able to get to the torx bolts in order to get the light out, no? It's not a huge light fixture.
