@@abkh5780 currently Russians are supplying China and India at cheaper price.
If Turkey decides to export oil this will reduce the international oil price due to more supply if Turkey decided to use oil for domestic needs they will reduce imports or even stop imports this again will cause excess supply issue thus reducing the international crude oil price.
Above is based on how much oil Turkey can pump out in reality.
