I'm one with the same question, is this legit. I've already was taken (SCAMMED for $35) trying to unlock my phone with similar video and website as yours. I see you haven't replied to any comments lately.
I have never had a problem with the guy who runs this site, I wouldn't do a video showing them if I didn't think they were legit :)

What if I am trying to unlock the phone but am still using the same carrier? Can I use the existing SIM card?
Edit: I guess that question sounded a bit ridiculous. Only reason I am asking this is because I currently have the same phone with Verizon that I am doing payments on. I will eventually pay it in full but I am traveling out of the country for a few months and I am taking this phone with me. I need to unlock it for the time being so I can use it and then when I return back, put my old Verizon sim inside :)
You can unlock it and then go and use the same carrier no problem.
