- When building a Conversation Action for the Google Assistant, consider that so-called “error events"" don't have to be treated as edge cases. Instead, these can become opportunities to forge meaningful exchanges that leverage users’ mental models of how everyday conversations unfold. This talk will frame a new way of approaching fallback and repair, in which so-called errors become organic turns in the dialog. We will provide design tips for your action logic to allow the conversation to move forward naturally.

Great Presentation!
Now, most of Bot now shows or focus on the sideshow like entertainments or experiment , not for practical use. Give more examples to help SME companies to use it to improve their business and daily operation. The news of Google AlphGo wining the human is just a symbol which is still far away to become a popular tools for general users.
The language appears to be... Go?
A lot of elite to design the functions that want to solve all the context in the world. Is it too waste time to satisfy the majority of non-technical people?
Why not just release the power to people who have valuable data to design their unique Bot to service their potential customers.
The Bot platform players who can provides easy ways to connect Bots to Database (Like Spreadsheet) and return the match data to user, having the opportunity to be the winner in the Bot's markets.
Do not try to let Bots behaviors like a human, instead , let it be a specific expert first to solve the business problems first and make bot developer or consultant can make money from clients .
