I know my hatred of how horrible they did Chloe will definitely annoy people but it literally felt like someone got stripped away from me I was like 10 or 9 when season 2 was airing and seeing what Chloe was going through made me love her and empathize with her because my step dad wasn’t a good dad to me so to see her character got retconned felt like a stab in the heart I hope the movie does her justice 😭🙏
Doing the tier list myself made me realise just how many characters from Mlb that I do not care about, whatsoever. Some of them I didn't even recognise at all, it's really a shame when the show has so many characters but so little of them actually have any important relevance to the overall story.

Ironically, wanting Gabriel to burn in a fire was exactly how I felt, so I agree on that one. To me, only two characters deserve to be in the Burn Alive category: Gabriel & Tamoe. Possibly Cash as well. Kim is getting pushed into a muddy river & getting photographed to get laughed at & humiliated because of what he did to Marinette. Bob Roth, XY, Lila & Audrey (Chloé's mum) are going off of a waterfall in a barrel for being big jerks. Chloé gets 3 years of community service for what she did in Season 5.

Plus her jumping on the 'Chloé is worthless' bandwagon at the end. I know it's just TA mouthpiecing her, but it sounds doubly gross coming from a teacher.
This is just my opinion, but the best character development writing we've gotten in Miraculous was in season 1 and season 2. There are couple exceptions in 3, 4 and 5, but character writing was almost always solid in those early seasons.

Felix doesn't deserve to be in same tier with his evil uncle. Felix is trying to change and is trying to find a good way to save everyone that is being abused without being an evil villain. He's also been abused like his cousin. But overall I like your tier list anyway. Also I thought you would put Chloe lower but I'm glad you put her higher. Chloe does not deserve hate or to be abused. She needs a redemption arc.
