Since the colon is critical for the debtor section, I'm thinking to mail in a hard copy. I have the forms that I ordered from the IRS with copies A-C. Do you know how to file this/where to mail it?
Thank you for the information! When creating an online account with 1099 online - it is requesting a company name. By any chance do you know what we are to put in that section, if I am not a company?
I ended up putting "NA" when registering. Once registration was successful, I went into "Manage Account" and remove the "NA" for company and left it blank. If anyone ever needs this.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by name change.....but this is how we are supposed to our name, especially when expressing our beneficiary status. Are you familiar with the Christian appellation name?
thank you for this!

Hi, I believe you can leave that blank. I definitely didn't put a company in when I signed up.
So strange. I guess they are trying to hinder ppl from signing up now because its advising a company is required.@@JVNY1681

Is the name change necessary, as far as having your name changed to include "-" and ":" ?
