To help in turning the screwdriver handle, cinch up a crescent wrench on the screwdriver's square shaft and use the wrench as an additional handle for leverage. That is why Craftsman screwdrivers have the square shaft.

The hammer inspired me to use the seat wrench tapped in with a hammer to remove the striped seat. Using a combination wrench for extra leverage the seats came right out.
