You should meet IDW Amy sonic. It’s a version of Amy that grew out of this phase and her and IDW sonic get along really well.

@@NetMoverSitan Yeah Amy in IDW comics is Amy from sonic forces where while sonic was gone for a long time she matured some and learned a lot working with knuckles in the resistance. She still clearly has a thing for sonic but she’s more restrained and has other priorities. When she steps down in the later issues her and sonic hang out more.

This boi can’t make his mind up. He acts like he’s sick of Amy’s behavior but he won’t put his foot down and demand her to stop. He’s constantly giving her mixed signals like when he got so grumpy over Amy “flirting with knuckles” and here he is in this video talking about giving her a flower. I agree Amy may need an intervention but he needs to be more honest and transparent with her as well. Imo he feeds into her problem.

Gotta love Sonic CD and it's fantastic vibes.
Controversial, but You probably have seen reference Scott the Woz about his opinion on Sonic CD. He kind of refers to the the game as “unnecessary”. Which makes me think Amy is an “unnecessary” character for the Sonic franchise. Mainly more as a Damsel in Distress like Princess Peach. Although she has been given’ some light, SEGA, I feel like, doesn’t give us enough time to understand the character.
@@strange_tom I couldn’t disagree more. I love sonic CD (I think it’s a fun game) and Amy a bunch and calling her unnecessary just diminishes and undermines her entirely. Imo Amy’s a great character who I think a lot of people don’t understand or appreciate enough. Also CD introduced Metal Sonic too not just Amy. Also I don’t agree with how these TH-cam channels portray Amy all the time. She really is a far more nuanced character than people are lead to think.
@@strange_tom TH-cam is dumb and doesn’t let me comment links but there is a video called “why Amy is a strong female character” by Taro Marshmellow and I strongly recommend checking it out. Amy is not like peach. In sonic adventure she got captured but she mostly got out on her own and really the only thing sonic did for her was have tails there to fly her off the egg carrior. Amy builds herself up and is far more independent than characters like peach.

Each stage has both future and past levels so each stage has 3 levels and each zone has about 9 levels each. This was also the first time sonic used up and run and down and spin. We need a remake of SonicCD.
