Also, we will be doing another video on sprocket bolts for main drive. I'm 25 hours in all 8 of these bolts were loose. 3/4 inch socket outside and I used a Vis grip on the inside.
Enjoying the videos. I just recently purchased a LRT23 which has a different track system and tracks seem to be the biggest thing I run into issues with. Planning to pull the tracks on both sides and do a bunch of checks for things like bolts as the rear sprocket drive likes to contact the suspension box under tension and that's caused some issues. Wouldn't be suprised if there's loose bolts on the drive assembly.
Hey, stick with it! Wish I could help more! I do know if you checked all my videos. Between Sprockets lose, Idlers needed grinding, not having track pretty tight, keeping track idlers clean and imo New track for less stretching all lead to issues. Wish I could look at it! Try not to get overwhelmed. If you can send me any photos of plate cover off, that would be cool. Sometimes a different set of eyes helps.
@@TheJBros520 Watched every one you've published so far. I've got about 5-10hrs on mine so still breaking it in but once there's some room in the shop, I plan to pull it in for a proper once over, get it blocked up and change fluids, pull the tracks. I noticed some roughness on the sprocket wheels, like they didn't grind things entirely smooth after they cut the teeth out. So far nothing a few passes with a grinder and a wrench won't resolve.

I don't believe so, if someone has info on this please comment.
what size tracks did you get? I know the are 180x72, but what is the last number? I see some 180x72x37 and 180x72x42, I have the same machine
