How To CLEAN & LUBE my Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP's Motorcycle Chain on a PITBULL HYBRID REAR STAND

Here's a video of how I clean my chains. This is the first time I cleaned and lubed the chain on my Hyper. I used my Pitbull Hybrid rear stand to prop the bike up and used Maxima Chain Clean to clean it, and PJ1 Blue to lube it.

It’s not the end of the world when it comes to chains maintenance, man
My 939 run through heavy rain 🌧️, dusty roads and the transmission set (front and rear sprocket ⚙️ with the chains since 2016) has done a very good job with minimum maintenance
So I consider that as an exercise as well as passionate activities on motorcycles

I agree with you. I'm not too maniacal about cleaning the chain. Only when I have a few hundred miles on it and I'm bored.

I always clean and lube right after a quick ride, chains nice and warm and lube soaks in better.

Missed a trick to also do around the front sprocket behind the cover - gets gunky in there

Touche. I had already cleaned the front sprocket, and then decided to do a video...but yes, you need to clean that area too. So much cake in there from the factory white crap they put on. Cheers man!
