wow.. nag uumpisa po aq 7mos ago so far 3 SMDC condo po sabay sabay q binabayaran ang DP.. halos 6mos to 1 year po ang pagitan ng possible turnover.. kaya po kaya Yun? hopefully mka share po kayo exp Nyo having multiple condo

​@@adamvillaluna6782 hi sir, mag ipon ka lang tipid. Get ready sa bank financing medyo lalaki yan compare sa dp or equity. Puro long term ako 15 yrs to pay para low amort. Then paupahan mo na condo po sya tutulong sayo sa pagbabayad.

Condos in the philippines now are overpriced compared to the rent you may receive, nfortunately ,that it would be difficult to get good roi on your investments.

I bought a property in SMDC, and I am hesitant to buy another one cause after ko bumili nakapagresearch ako na hindi daw maganda ang quality ng materials and hindi po maganda ang service ng property management and leasing department. Anu po ang advise nyo dito? Thank you.
