    bit.ly/3XLoO1M I want to talk about how I made $100,000 in a month as a recruiter.
    Saying it out loud, it’s absolutely nuts that I was able to hit this number during my first year working at a recruiting agency. I started from the bottom as an entry level recruiter with an entry level salary and then in my first year I was able to go from that to hitting the coveted $100,000 per month and become one of the top recruiters nationwide.
    For me, hitting this number was a result of hard work and staying true to a handful of basic habits that I still use today. In this video, we’re going to go over 5 habits that I used that really helped me rise to the top.
    In the summer of 2014 in New York City, I found myself looking for a full time job and little did I know that after one job application via Linkedin, my career trajectory in Tech Recruiting started.

    Def not sustainable for more than one quarter. I'd rather 'overemployed' and make 280K (2 jobs) or 400K (3 jobs) guaranteed in my IT remote role. But if you can get anywhere near 500K for the year total for recruiting...i'd def take majority (over 50% of the net income and invest it into physical assets). Forget recruiter or any job at that...think long-term in building wealth so you don't have to grind away for a business that's not yours and for performance that's only based on your last sale (vs skill).

    So as a recruiter you are responsible for finding new businesses, convincing them to trust you to find an employee, and then finding that person for the job? Do agencies not have leads given to employees or is that just a small percentage of the job?

    Hello Preston. Thank so much for sharing your tips and tricks with us as it was very helpful. Do you have any spreadsheet that you can share to help a recuriter stay organized, so they will never loose track of their clients? If so, can you share them

    Wow! I wish I could earn that. I am from the Philippines and a US dollar is equivalent to 50 Philippine pesos in my currency. I could imagine that can change my life someday. Thank you and have a nice day, Preston. :)

    Thanks for your great insights but I found the title misleading. It sounds like you made 100k in salary but I think you mean revenue. At my old company where I started some few people made on average 100k every month (1,25Mill in one year) and I have to say it wasn't a high profile recruitment consultancy

    Are you given a list to call through or do you have to source the list yourself? I'm ok with cold calling, but curious about how much time it takes to compile a worthy call list.

    Hi Preston, is it common for recruitment consultants to get fired? And is travelling very common to see clients?

    • @RecruiterPreston
      @RecruiterPreston  ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on the company and market and yes many do travel locally to meet with clients

      @@RecruiterPreston thanks, what are the weekly hours for a recruitment consultant? Also, is interacting with clients becoming more remote than face to face? Also, if you are not meeting targets/winning business but you tried but unable to due to lack of job openings do agencies understand it's not your fault so you shouldn't get fired?
