This flow felt so good! I started off with a racing heart rate from a cardio session that destroyed me and after finishing this, I feel so much better! It magically tapped into every spot that needed a stretch, even the big toe!
Thanks Ash. A good post-run stretch after only my second easy run since injuring my Achilles back in early September. Physio has been great. Recovery going well.
Thanks again Ash! My run today in the sun went very well, especially since I've been sick. This stretch felt really good afterwards, and could be a daily stretch even I think! I'm not always a fan of leaning on the wrists for too long but this was manageable.
Once again coming in clutch Mr. Ash with the videos. My left foot always seems to be super tight and really feels that first stretch every time i finish a run 😅
I loved it, flowing into the different stretches/the flowiness was enjoyable. One of my favs, and, it seems like I'm not the only one who thinks so👏 yeah this is definitely one for your regular viewers cause I remember when I just started doing your routines I'd have to pause sometimes to get my positioning right 😂 Grateful Ash! I can tell it's winter, you're lips were blue, here in Cape Town it's getting unbearably hot😢
Thanks, Ash. Lots of favourites in there: pigeon, the twists (dragonflies?). Had a fairly poor run (more effort than it should have been, body not really responding, more like performing a duty than a run for pleasure), still, feel better after this.
It’s that time of year Dave. I’m speaking to most of my clients about that elusive ‘good feeling’ that seems to have gone. My runs are feeling a bit more of a slog too if that’s any consolation 👍🏻😊

I'd been building to a 10k in September and then got ill the week before the race and the week after, and it took me until the beginning of November to start feeling healthy again. I'd been working on a five days a week running plan with a week of three runs every third week, and I'd done four of the five days ones (with reps of some kind and a parkrun in each), and I just got tired, I think. I need an easier week, no reps and Parkrun marshalling.
Probably my favorite post-run stretch from you so far! Targets everything my body needs while still feeling comfortable.
