    Danielle i came to tour channel via dish with Dee. I am lifetime but in four years gained 25 of my inital 86lbs.
    I came back to ww because of both of you guys. We have no local meeting. Closest to me is 45mins away.
    I know you and dee dont get paid but i watch all of your videos and dees so you guys are my weekly meetings. THANK YOU

It is normal to have some of the weight come back on and I am very proud of you for coming back to Weight Watchers. I feel you on this. I have never made lifetime and I am usually up and down the same 10 to 15 pounds trying to be more consistent. I am far from perfect you take care and thank you so much for watching my videos. I am so happy that you, received support from Dee as well💕

    So sorry you lost your meeting. I understand how important they are to provide the support and accountability. I know you can do this. You are so on top of your game. I wish you the very best. I can’t make the 90 mile drive one way. Being Lifetime i had the app free until July and they pulled it because i don’t weigh in weekly. I understand. I may someday pay for the app again however right now I’m using the Lose It app and it is giving me what i need for now. Good luck on your journey. I enjoy your channel and appreciate the time you spend bring your insights to us.

    Your videos are very helpful. I’m in the same WW boat-just stared the App only since all meetings are during work day. They seem to be better suited for retired people. Your channel is just as good as going to a meeting! I agree that WW helps me be more inspired to cook and entertain. Counting calories and hosting friends was impossible for me!

    Danielle, I only do WW with the app. I have so many dr appointments, I didn’t want to ask my husband to take me to one more thing. (I don’t drive because I have numerous problems with my back & have chronic pain. Because of them pain medication & it’s just not safe to drive when you’re taking that kind of medication). In the meantime I consistently watch Danielle’s channel, Alicia Lynn, Nikki gets Fit, I also watch Fit Foodie Selma & numerous others that I like the things they make. It doesn’t have be a WW channel because I can use alternate ingredients, like reduced fat cheese instead of the full fat, skim
    milk instead one with more fat, a leaner beef etc. It’s just a matter of trial & error . For the most part it’s worked. The other part is mind set, and staying determined. Back to the channels, I look at those as my WW meetings. Back in the 80’s I went to the meetings & I lost 60 lbs. it was great we all shared recipes & tips for staying on the plan. You can do both of those with the WW channels. So I’ve decided I am determined to stick with & lose some of this weight. I will start my 3rd week on Monday & so far I’ve lost 4 lbs.       I am very proud of you, Lynn, losing weight and just using the app. And I like how you set boundaries on how many appointments become too much most people use the app and do just fine. In a way it’s a relief to me. I don’t have to worry about how I’m gonna fit those meetings in even though I really did love them I took 2 walks AroundWalk around my subdivision yesterday- felt good you take care and thank you always for your support

    I track as I go and if I’m going out, I pretrack. I also like to track my zero point foods because I’ll like to check how many calories I intake in a day every so often (it’s more of a mental note). Although Weight Watchers may tell me I’m over my points, but my calorie intake is still low, I kind of balance the two. 🤗

    Hi gosh that’s a shame about your meeting and yes one of ours got cancelled because not enough members were attending we had 2 on a Tuesday but it’s been cut it down to one ,I lost my weight in lockdown with virtual classes I did have them free with the offer as I was pre diabetic, I weighed in at home on a Saturday morning took a picture I posted it to my Ww coach for accountability and saved it in a folder on my iPad yes being consistent is the key while exercising helped me lose weight it doesn’t any more because I’m not carrying the extra weight but it does make me feel better you can do this yes weights only a problem if we don’t know what to do about it YOU WILL HAVE SUPPORT FROM US ALL TAKE CARE HUGS X ❤

    Yes you can get the weekly topic with online only thats what I have. ❤you can do this and I know I can too thank you for motivating me again too . I’m going to use the Lose it app too since my WW membership expires in Feb and I don’t want to pay for it .

    Congrats on your loss! Sorry about meetings! I typically do as I go, though sometimes I do track supper at lunch time or afternoon because I wa t to know if I have points to work with for a snack lol if I’m out or at someone’s home I will take a picture and track at home because I use my tablet and don’t have space on phone for app

    You can do this! I’ve done all of my weight loss with the app only. How about try doing a live each week in place of your meeting and all of us can come to your meeting? ❤🎉

      I will definitely consider your suggestion of doing a weekly meeting life. That is a great idea. I just have to get over being nervous about figuring out how to make my computer work to do all of that. Thank you for the suggestion.

      Danielle, I bet one of your girls could teach you what you need to do. I imagine they’ve had a lot of years using computers for school. I’ve learned a few pointers for my IPhone from my 11 year old grandson. I bet they would be flattered that you asked them to teach you.

    I have the same frustration Danielle. Our WW center had 2 Saturday meetings and I would go to the early one then straight to a fitness class. They just combined them so I can’t fit both in. They stopped a couple of others, too. I love going to meetings for the accountability. I admire those who can do this without going in person. I wish you all the success!!

      It is frustrating. I wish I could just get my Saturday meetings back my accountability is you guys as well. I’m wondering if they’re starting to make more cuts again

      I miss the Points Plus days. I don’t get why they have all these zero points foods. I guess I can see with the vegetables but all foods have calories. In our area the 2 closest meetings have the same instructor. No evening meetings either. One location is on weekends only. I think they could have more meetings if they tried.

    WW meetings are only in the morning on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday in my area. The latest meeting is 9:30 am and this is the only meeting place for miles away. It makes it so hard for people that have a day job and can’t do the mornings.

      Oh Barbara, I feel for you. That’s exactly what happened to me. I missed the Saturday meetings. They could hit a wide variety of people on a Saturday.

    Yay! We all have those weeks. Be careful this coming week in case it catches up with you this coming week. Of course, they changed things. After 25 years, 23 of them in maintenance, I am questioning things a little bit. It seems to me that they are going against their 50+ yrs philosophy and concentrating on the medication side of things. We have NO meetings in my county AT ALL! I'm not sure about the weekly technique, but if you follow Jenn Clayton she does the weekly techniques on Friday's with her weigh in. She used to do WW but did better counting calories and macros. She still gives points on her shopping hauls on Saturdays. She does meal prep on Mondays, and What I eat in a day on Wed., and something fun on Sundays. She and her husband just started the home building process so it will probably be that. She posts 5 days a week on that channel. 2 days a week on her nutrition channel, which is Jenn Clayton nutrition. She is a certified nutrition coach. If you have never checked her out, check her out.

    Hi, you are so inspiring to me. I am going to go online to ww. I like their app, and I am unable to do meetings. I am older and just want a 20 lbs wt loss. I am a terrible dieter and not active, but I just saw pictures of me at my Grand daughters wedding. Scary, lol. I weigh 180 lbs. What program should I do. I'm not diabetic. there are too many points. Thank you.

    You shouldn’t feel like your lazy. your a wife, mother, career woman etc. we as women wear many hats and sometimes adding one more thing is just overwhelming. Maybe don’t think of exercising as another chore just find something you find enjoyable and start off small maybe one day a week. Good luck. I know it’s a struggle

    Daniel , I’m confused . Doing weight watchers on line does that mean through the App?
    Not sure . Or do you sign up on line through WW? The App says cheapest is 19.99 a month . Thank you

      Hi there I had a feeling I was going to confuse people. I’m just gonna do online through the app. There’s a special now for $10 a month so that’s what I signed up for for the next six months. I just won’t be going to in person meetings any longer, which is $30 a month. Please let me know if I can clarify further I’m paying for the Weight Watchers app $10 a month.
