Relying on our Founders i support the following. While in office the President has immunity. This prevents opponents using law suits to distract the President from doing their job. If the President commits a crime impeachment is the proper consequence. However when the individual leaves office the immunity ends.

I've been on a couple of juries. I would NOT appreciate being sent out because of the bad behavior of a witness.

fwiw In my own anecdotal experience women are much more critical of other women then they are of men. Their expectations are lower for men, for one thing, and they hold other women to almost impossible standards of conduct. Phrases that some men might think but not vocalize, "she should have known better", "she brought it on herself", "she's just a gold digger" etc. Many women will freely vocalize, and actually believe. When you put yourself in the same situation as another, there's a tendency to think you'll make all the correct decisions, and any deviation results in incrimination. Men judge other men very harshly, women judge women very harshly. It's a valid strategy to be very aggressive in cross examination so that the witness becomes defensive and makes a mistake. You might outrage many jurors, but all you need is the one person who says, "Yep. He/She is making it all up, or deserves what happened to them".
Where do you get your delusional conclusions about women? So far from the truth. In general women support each other. Of course there are always bad actors with both genders.
