I have been keening on computational biology or bioinformatics and been watching a lot of ur videos. So my question is. do you think I can do master in bioinformatics? Will my bachelor degree useable for that?
which undergraduate programs are relevant for the bioinformatics and genetics? I am currently studying computer eng. and its my freshman year. i am in doubt to change it to molecular biology & genetics program, bioengineering and genetics program or stay in my computer eng. program. what do you think about those and if it's not a private question can you tell me what was your major?

How did you get around indexing the file since it is gzipped and not bgzipped? DId I miss a conversion step?
