We definitely like how simple the build is, not a lot of parts when taking it apart to clean. On longer trips when pack weight is crucial, we probably wouldn't take it, but shorter trips we could see having it along, especially to enjoy great tasting coffee in camp!

They do sell the brush now, but it's out of stock. Other online stores seem to sell it 😊

Great review! Here's a question for ya .. do you have a favorite grinder/filter combo? We're looking for a new set up for our trips, but I've become a bit of a princess lol our last two kits (for me anyways) have left too much residue after pouring and we can't seem to find a good setting. So now we bring our mesh filter with a paper filter and it just seems a bit much.

The grind you are using might be too fine. I'll reach out to you on Insta so we can talk through the problem and figure out a good way to resolve this and get you the best cup of coffee!

Judging the grinding time I am guessing you have pentagonal burrs.

Yes this one has the pentagonal burrs, at the time it was purchased for me they only appeared to be doing the Heptagonal one in certain countries but now they appear to only be doing the Heptagonal burrs. Thanks for watching and being awesome!

LoL, I wonder if it was for Mud/wtr. I see their various add all the time. I have considered reviewing some of the coffee alternatives, especially for people who for whatever reason can't drink coffee.
