Well done Dina👏🏽👏🏽
I wish you all the best for this season😘
Well done Dina! Excited to see your progress in your new camp!
Ok Dina looking good!
36.77 in her first indoor 300m race since she was 15yrs old back in Jan 2011 is pretty good for Dina and suggests with more training & races, she could run something in the 36.2 - 36.5 range which bodes well for her 100/200m later in the season. Will be interesting to see if Coach Flo also tries to improve her 7.03 60m PB/NR by getting her to run sub 7s.
Just to mention, it was a new British 300m indoor record.
Can you upload Julien’s race please. And happy for Dina same way.
Yes great race all the ladies 😊💕
Fantastic !
Dinas not playing around.
Beautiful black excellence ❤️
They looked good and in shape
Why isn't this result on the World Athletics website? Was this not a sanctioned/recognized event?
Nicely done
She is so pretty
I think Kenova was at the 2023 world championship. I'm sure she ran against some top competition there. The commentator needs to get his facts straight lol
Kevona Davis did not make the Jamaican team to Worlds in 2023.
@@hx3500Kevona made it to the semifinals at Worlds 2023. Look up the 200m worlds races.
@@hx3500She ran the 200m at worlds.
You are absolutely incorrect!!!
@@tahjwilson5475 Yes, I stand corrected... I just checked and she qualified in heat 5.
Could this be the start of a transition to 400m?
Don't think so, strength/ rhythm work for speed endurance + holding form whilst fatigued. Potentially on the GB 4x400 team though 👀
Not just a fast time in my opinion
Unless she is working on her 200m races I don’t understand this race. Not impressed with the time either
nobody gives a fuck if you’re impressed or not.
@@tajaunthomas3183 clearly you do smartass
Congrats, hopefully she always gets to compete on a fair track and not against a "real woman."
Get a fucking life mate 😂
