Just want to say, recently discovered that oyster mushrooms are carnivorous and their roots have unique structures that capture and digest nematodes that crawl across them. So could be argued they’re not vegetarian as they’re predatorial fungi
Love these videos and Will is absolutely spot on when it comes to coriander, I absolutely love it but the stalks are where it is at. I'd rather cut off the leaves and just use the stalks than discard the stalks.
Good chemistry but I get the in-depth understanding that you both have of the flavours. After all it is the chef's pallet that guides the dish!
